It is located in a residential area, very quiet. About 12 min from the Riells beach, one of the main beaches ideal for children due to its shallow depth, and where you will find the leisure area with a long promenade with bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors ...

The private pool is shallow dimensions of 2.50 x 7.50 - Depth of 45 cm at 1m50 - Without protection system for children. *

The outside terrace is equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue.

Entrance:Dining room: next to the American kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and electrical appliances.
Living room: you go down a few steps, with a fireplace, 2 sofas ( 1 is a clic-clack for one person), TV foreign channels (it does not have Spanish channels).
Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 140cm bed.
Bedroom 2: 135cm bed.
Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: shower + toilet + sink.
Bathroom 2: sink and separate WC shower.
Parking: inside the enclosure of the house, at the same access entrance from the street.

TV: National channels (it does not have all the National channels), it does have French channels.

Swimming pool: normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility).

Pets:1 Pet allowed, with prior notice to the agency. Supplement may apply.

Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.
