Nous avons apprécié le charme de cet appartement, son balcon, son équipement et son calme en pleine période estivale bien qu'il soit situé à proximité immédiate du centre-ville. Tout est accessible à pied en quelques minutes: la grande plage, le marché quotidien, le cinéma (5 salles Art et essai).

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville et aménagé avec soin.L'accès à l'appartement s'effectue par un escalier intérieur. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue mais parfois aléatoire en raison de la proximité d'un établissement scolaire.

Absolument parfait !

Un très bel appartement situé à deux pas des commerces, du marché, des restaurants, de la plage, de la gare dans une rue à sens unique. Quartier très calme. Une décoration de très bon goût, parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. Une belle bibliothèque est à disposition ! Logement très lumineux avec une petite terrasse. Merci à Michèle pour son accueil et pour la flexibilité dans l’horaire de notre arrivée.

Un calme et joli appartement en centre ville

Très agréable séjour à Saint Jean de Luz. La proximité du centre ville et le calme de ce joli appartement , particulièrement apprécié en aout , y ont fortement contribué. Bonne communication. Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond tout à fait, à préciser peut-être pour ceux qui auraient des soucis qu'il faut monter un escalier pour accéder à l'appartement.

Appartement bien agencé, et bien équipé, idéal pour un couple. Excellente situation, accès facile et aucun problème de parking en septembre! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Michèle est très soucieuse de répondre positivement à nos attentes.

Appartement idéalement placé et très agréable

L’appartement est très bien équipé et meublé avec goût. Il est très lumineux avec une vue dégagée. A quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et de la mer, son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir St Jean de Luz. Bref, à retenir pour un prochain séjour !

Charmant appartement au calme en centre ville

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement à 2mn à pieds du centre historique tout en étant au calme. Très lumineux et joliment décoré, tout à fait conforme aux photos et descriptif. Le balcon dans la verdure avec vue sur des maisons basques est charmant et dépaysant. Une adresse à recommander, d'autant plus que l'accueil de Michèle était très chaleureux ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Absolument génial!!!

Nous avons passé 4 jours extrêmement agréables dans cet appartement très bien situé où tout se fait à pied. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse qui est très appréciable. La proximité du parc Ducontenia était un vrai plus car nous aimons courir tous les matins. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. De plus, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Michèle fait de ce séjour un excellent choix et nous reviendrons sans hésitation!

Perfect calm, comfortable close to beach and all amenities in St Jean De Luz

I loved my sojourn here. The apartment is perfectly designed with all that you require. It's bright with windows facing gardens and parks and a balcony. St Jean De Luz has a terrific market daily and every other shop you require. The beach is only minutes away but the apartment is in a quiet residential area adjacent. Terrific hikes and walking all around and trains/transport to nearby towns. Highly recommended

POUR UN SEJOUR AU COEUR DE ST JEAN DE LUZ AU CALME ET DANS LA VERDURE

Appartement très agréable, très bien situé (proximité centre et mer et au calme). Décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Bien équipé en vaisselle, électroménager et très propre. Lit fait à l'arrivée et linge à disposition sont de véritables atouts. Très lumineux, nombreuses fenêtres permettant de ventiler en cas de forte chaleur. Balcon très agréable, nous y avons pris de nombreux repas et profiter des transats. En résumé, un très bon séjour.

Location idéale en plein centre de Saint Jean de Luz. La possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue est également un atout . Logement très propre, aménagé avec goût et très bien équipé. Les nuits sont calmes. Mme Canedi est disponible et à l'écoute. A conseiller pour la découverte d'une très belle région.

Un pied a terre idéal

Appartement a la décoration très réussie,d'une grande clarté,judicieusement agencé et équipé,Le grand balcon,véritable pièce en plus,est très agréable pour les petits déjeuners ou les pauses lecture. Le quartier piétonnier et commercial est au bas de la rue.La voiture est inutile,le cinéma,les halles,le port,la plage et la thalasso sont à portée de pieds. Nous avons passé quinze jours merveilleux et avons déjà réservé pour un prochain séjour.

Le Pays Basque est toujours très beau et notre location a répondu à nos attentes.

Appartement récemment rénové avec goût, confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé. Convient parfaitement pour un couple. Ouvert, le canapé-lit laisse peu de place; les nombreux livres et bibelots fragiles sont un peu encombrants pour une location de vacances. Le large balcon est agréable et donne de l'espace pour les repas. Nous avons également apprécié le calme de l'environnement. Nous recommandons cette location d'autant plus que les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très cordiaux.

Empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man kann in St. Jean de Luz alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort um Anliegen der Mieter, auch wenn sie nicht selbst vor Ort ist. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings hatte die zentrale Lage auch durchaus Nachteile: Zwar kann man in der Straße durchaus kostenlos parken, allerdings ist es schwer, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Hinzu kommt, dass es selbst für einen sehr erfahrenen Fahrer nicht leicht ist, in der engen, sehr steilen Straße in eine Parklücke zu kommen Am Rand des Zentrums gibt es aber kostenlose Parkplätze, wo man das Auto lassen kann, und da wir es ohnehin nur für Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung brauchten, war das nicht so schlimm. Außerdem war es aufgrund von Bauarbeiten in den umliegenden Häusern und Baumbeschnitt und Aufräumarbeiten im naheliegenden Park morgens sehr laut.
