Het appartement is heel verouderd en uitgehuurd. Schimmel op de douche, kakkerlak in de badkamer. Vuile muren, vuile potten en pannen. De zetel was volledig doorzeten. Rolluiken waren stuk of kon je maar half omhoog trekken. Zeer kleine slaapkamers. Zeer lawaaierig buurt. Gebouw zat vol jeugd die elke ochtend tussen 5u en 6u kabaal maakten op hun terras bij thuiskomst. Uitslapen was onmogelijk daardoor.Dit is zeker geen appartement geschikt voor gezinnen.Dit is zeker en vast geen aanrader!
