Multipurpose vacation home

31 days + only. St.Tammany parish ordinance. My place is close to restaurants, After a staying for five days, there is a 100% return policy for emergencies. poor mans beach, , family-friendly activities, mardi gras parades, 30-40 mins to french quater/super dome. 10 minutes from Oak Harbor golf coarse. You can fish, crab & jump into the water from the deck. Canoe on site. 2 tv's, dvd, blu ray, dart board, poker table w/chips, board games, bbq pit. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, the people, and the location. My place has 2rms with bunk beds, & 3rms with queen beds, 1 couch, 2 loveseats = sleeps 10-13. Plenty of stairs. If stairs are a problem for you don't come to my place..

There is numerous thing that can be done from my vacation home.
Also If you have more people than the number you have requested to stay at my property it will be an additional $50 per person!!!!!!

Family Fun!

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. There is so much to do from hanging out on deck and grilling to playing games inside. Your kids will be entertained with all games provided, darts, arcade, Xbox, twister so many more. We also fished and crabbed from dock, we caught crabs, flounder, white trout, even a garfish. The owner met me there to show me around and was super nice and accommodating . Hope to stay again soon

It was fantastic. The owner was great.

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to sit out on the dock and catch some crabs. We loved watching so of the gators swim by. Everyone was super nice.

Awesome experience!

Property had everything we needed and more. There was no need for us to leave the house! There was plenty to do off the deck . We had 5 children with us ranging from age 9 to 14 and all 5 of them had A-blast catching crab, catching catfish, kayaking and going off the rope swing into the water. Thank you for the great time and experience.

We had an amazing stay, caught crab, fished. Played games with my children and made memories! Tommy is a fantastic host, made us feel right at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

warm, welcoming casual vacation home with a fantastic host. Well appointed with all the amenities.

Tommy was a fantastic host, he was there when we arrived gave us the Grand tour and even showed us how to catch blue crab as we had never done it before. Had a couple cold drinks waiting for us snacks and pancake mix for the morning. All six of us loved the place tons to do between our days at Jazzfest, the easy access to anywhere around Nola was a definite bonus. Great place to relax and recharge, would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for everything Tommy.

A perfect place to experience Louisiana... don’t miss out... ask about the story behind rebuild!

Wasn’t sure what a camp was at first for the New Orleans area, but we loved it. This house is already set up to do everything you would at a summer camp, but with a great kitchen, surround sound, movies, fishing, crabbing, canoeing, games galore, poker table with chips galore... and the sunsets from the top balcony are amazing. This house is most unique by the story behind the metal building rebuild after Katrina!!! Tommy did it right and we will certainly be back. Thanks for everything.

I was born in New Orleans and went to my friends camp as a kid and always wanted one. After getting my camp, Hurricane Katrina took it out after i made plenty of repairs. Then i built my new camp trying to implement all of the things that make a place fun and user friendly.

Why they chose this property

Being from the south, i love the outdoors. My place pretty much has it all as far as i am concerened. Throughout the year my place offers fresh/salt water fishing, crabbing, shrimping, swimming, canoeing, mardi gras parades, great seafood locally, and one half hour away from all of the New Orleans activities.

What makes this property unique

My place is over the water and you can fish, crab and throw the cast net from the deck. The evening sun sets off of the back deck and you have one of the best views in Louisiana as far as i have ever seen because you are about 20 ft. up looking at Lake Pontchartrain.
