Nice welcome to Boise!

We have had such an enjoyable stay here from start to finish! The owners are so nice, and they have been very accommodating to our needs. The condo is set up with everything you may need whether for a short or long-term stay. And you couldn't ask for a better location! There's quick access to the freeway nearby so you can be downtown in minutes. We highly recommend this property!

Property is centrally located in Boise with easy access to nearby sights and restaurants. Condo was clean, but short on paper goods required for 4 people staying 1 week. Towel rack fell off bathroom wall when towel was lifted in upstairs bath. Toilets are not standard size, but functional. TV cable service was not availble as discription indicated. WIFI code and password was not available upon arrival. These problems were addressed by property manager on 2nd day of stay with a mea culpa expressed. There was a pool on property, but no pool key for gate. The gate key was delivered on second day of stay. Sliding screen door was not fully functional. Vertical blind was damaged and adjustment wand was off. Lastly, the TV was an older PROSCAN monitor with poor picture quality. Inspite of these issues, our stay was mostly positive, largely due to location of property.

Convenient location, clean with all the amenities

This property was perfect for us. We traveled to Boise for our daughter's graduation. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. The furniture and beds were comfortable. (There is enough closet space for you, trust me). This isn't the place to stay for the outdoor space, but if you are looking for great internet, lot's of room in each of the bedrooms, comfortable furnishings - this is for you. There is a wine bar right next door. Very elegant (with great AC). You can get to the mall, downtown and Garden City in minutes. There are grocery stores and shopping very close. It is a great central location. The best part about the property is the managers. They are very helpful and kind. This is their unit, so they take great pride in keeping it nice. Enjoy!

The perfect place to stay.

Diana and Art were great to work with. Anytime something needed to be looked at or fixed, they were right on top of it. A great example of this was the air conditioner went out, they came by the very next day with a new air conditioner. It was a life saver since the warm days were upon us. The location of this condo couldn't be better , you are literally 10 minutes away from everything . From grocery stores to malls and outdoor activities. The condo itself was stocked with anything you would need to cook with, so you don't need to bring anything with you. It has a washer and dryer so no need to go to a laundry mat, they even supplied you with cloths soap. And one of the best things about living here (which we did for 4 months) . It's a very quiet community. Everyone was friendly. So I would highly recommend this condo , I have nothing but good things to say about it. Karen and Michael

Diana's place met our needs for a two night stay with private bedrooms, bathrooms and cooking facilities. Great location!! Shopping, movies and dinner all within a short distance. Hospitality was wonderful with a bag of chips (literally) and a couple of Bubbly drinks for a Cinco de Mayo weekend. ~Gracias

The unit is very cute. Convenient to greater Boise.

The agent super easy to work with. The unit is adequately equipped. It is in a convenient area. Further, any questions were immediately responded to by agent. Solid rental. Definitely recommend! Spotless, comfortable, safe.

Comfortable, cozy and conveniently located condo.

My family and I stayed at Diana's condo in Boise for two weeks and it suited our needs perfectly. The condo was well equipped, provided lots of closet space and was very comfy overall. We were close to the Village at Meridian, the Roaring Springs water park (which my boys loved), Boise Town Square Mall, and a quick ten minutes to downtown Boise. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Diana!
