The master bedroom, 2nd bedroom with bunks and the queen size sleeper sofa provide comfortable and attractive accommodations for up to six people. Convenience features include: keyless entry, wifi, washer and dryer in the unit and two full baths. With a large balcony, breakfast on the balcony is easy. The kitchen is open to the family room and is furnished with everything the traveling chef may need or want. With so much fresh Florida seafood available at one of the nearby shops, you can enjoy creating your own dishes. The condo was great, we had amazing views and really enjoyed our stay! The parking space that comes with the condo is not ideal if you were in vehicle, but we parked in a yellow parking space (anyone can park in yellow) so it wasn’t a big deal

We had a great time!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is amazing and the overall experience was a lot of fun. Pool side DJ during the day, people out on their balconies with music playing at night. Elevators were sometimes a long wait but that’s not the fault of the condo owner. We plan to return next summer. The water was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen it. The condo could use more pots and pans for cooking but we managed. Thanks for sharing your place with our family.

Parking garage will make me never go back

Not the property owners fault but the garage is a nightmare due to poor design. Accident waiting to happen. And you won’t be able to fit your SUV in the assigned parking spot so make sure to find another spot without a number. Other than that, our stay was great, pool & gulf were beautiful.

Family Vacation!

Unit was great, as described. Great views, large balcony. Stayed 6 nights. My only complaint is the unit above us was full of illegal immigrants. I counted 21 people in a single unit. I thought 6 people MAX? Moving furniture all night long kept us up. They had no elevator etiquette. All 21 people in an elevator at once. Shoving and squishing my daughters. Shores didn’t seem to mind seeing 21 unruly people using the unit towels as beach towels.

Clean and nice

The only reason I wouldn’t give it a five star review is because of things relating to the property itself. The parking spot I was assigned had a pole in the middle and so I had to fight for a parking spot. Also, the elevators and deck itself Were a pain. But, overall it was worth it.

Evaluation of Condo and Complex

The condo was clean and comfortable. The elevator issue wasn’t as bad as anticipated according to the reviews. The TV in the living room would not get off the advertisement of the complex, no matter what we tried, which wasn’t a huge problem since we stayed busy away from the condo. The TV in the bedroom was fine. If we were to return, we would definitely look to stay in a lower unit, so we could use the stairs instead of the elevator. Overall we were pleased!!!

Overall loved it here! Communication was awesome. The lock box check in was a little different I feel like that could have been all in an email the day of. The place was super clean and spacious. Loved the balcony floors and kitchen counters. The few things that would really improve it is fixing the guest toilet and updating the couch. My boys loved their bunk beds and we just loved the view and spacious balcony. We liked having the extra seating out there other than just the table so we didn't feel scrunched. We wish all the elevators worked and garage wasn't so crazy but realize that's out of your hands.

Overall we had a great stay. Great location and accurate listing. The only flaws or negatives about this property are things that the property manger cannot help. The elevators take forever, especially being on the 18th floor. The other issue is the assigned parking spot for the unit, there is literally a pipe in the middle of the spot. The only kind of vehicle that can park there would be a very compact car, golf cart or motorcycle. That being said, there are yellow parking spots that are available for anyone to park at on all floors and those were not difficult to find. The room was nice and big and has a nice big balcony. My kids loved the bunk beds. We had a great stay and communicating with Michael was very easy. We would stay here again.

The condo had a wonderful view and was really nice. The only complaints I had was the carpet seemed stained a lot and needs replaced. The parking space is a nightmare to get into if you have a big vehicle it is possible as I was able to park in it every night until last night I had to park in yellow guest space because of the way the car beside me parked. I have a explorer but anything bigger would be almost impossible. The showers in both bathrooms the faucets need tighted up as if you turn it on they slowly move to the scalding hot water so I had to make sure the kids water was started for them and make sure it did not move. But other then that it was a great condo that had everything you need. washer and dryer was great having.

We absolutely loved our vacation. There were a few snags here or there but, overall, we had a blast! Pros: - the view is amazing. - the balcony is shaded all day, the sun is never directly in your eyes or shining in your room - ample plates, pans, utensils, blender, hair dryer, iron, etc. - spacious enough for 6 people - Walmart across the street, use the Walmart app to order groceries and they'll bring them to your car...you don't even have to go in -Pineapple Willy's next door and accessible by beach - Waffle House next door - music, drinks, and fun at the pool Cons: - the parking space is DEFINITEY too small and we drive a midsize car (there are tons of empty non reserved spaces though. We just parked up to the 12th floor.) - The elevators (we walked up and down from the 18th floor to our car on the 12th floor many times). They got stuck with people in the several times and it took 45 minutes to get them out! I never got on a crowded elevator.

Nice location & great view, but parking and elevators were not fun.

The location of his condo is wonderful. Right on the beach with great pool facility. This was a huge plus for our family. However, I would not recommend staying on the 18th floor. The parking garage has a reserved space for this unit that has a drainage pipe running through it, therefore it was not large enough to park our mini van there. The parking garage has 12 floors and some open spaces where you can park. However, you still have to catch the elevator to get to your condo unit. There is a Walmart directly across the street, which is nice. However, given the fact that we had to deal with getting a cart from security on the first floor, parking, unloading, elevators, etc...the shopping trip took a little over 2 hours start to finish. All frozen food items were thawed- our ice cream sandwiches, popsicles, etc...didn't stand a chance. The condo itself is marginal, but does come equipped with a full kitchen, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella.

Not a great experience

We were not overly impressed by our stay at the Shores of Panama. The condo wasn't immaculate and could have used some additional cleaning. The rug in the living room appeared to have been a light color at one point but is now almost black. One of the mattress covers on the bunk beds had what appeared to be a urine stain that hasn't been laundered. The beds were comfortable. The parking situation was horrendous. How can you expect 6 adults to arrive in one vehicle with all their luggage is beyond me. Not only did we have only one parking place, there was a drain pipe in the parking space that made it impossible to pull all the way in. Plus we had to hunt the space. We were not told where the parking space was located and all of the spaces were not in numerical order. We were never sent a contract to sign as the manager stated on the day of arrival. I had to ask for the check in information just hours before we were to check in. We had to pay an additional $144 to park our other 2 vehicles. The staff was very rude and if you weren't wearing your armband they made you feel like a criminal. I've been going to PCB for years and I have never been treated in such a way. We were even asked to get out of the hottub due to the number of people in it. I do not recommend Shores of Panama. Although the condo wasn't terrible, the overall experience was not great at all.

Vacation 2024

We got there early. Went to address to confirm we could find it. Staff in garage asked for room number saying we could get parking pass and pool bracelets earlier than 4pm. Called resort. Dr. George was rude and said said check in was at 4pm. I explained what happened. He said we would get a call at 2pm with room number. I said no problem. At 2pm we got a call with info for room, parking etc. carol said rom was ready and we could check in. So we went back, after getting groceries etc. after unloading everything, the fridge wouldn’t close. We called dr George again. Again he was rude and stated checkin was 4pm and we should not have been in the rooom. I explained that Carol told us the room was ready and that we could go ahead in, so we did. If that was a problem with him, he needed to take that up with his staff. I went back and checked the fridge and determined shelf was off the track. Fixed it and called carol to let her know. Later we decided to cook supper. The pots were dirty!!! The sink was leaking. Called carol again. They came a repaired right away. But everything we tried to use in the kitchen had to be washed before it could be used. The showers/tubs would not drain. The wait for the elevator was at least 20 minutes each time. We made the best of it but definitely will not be staying here again. The only plus side was that it was directly on the beach and has a great view.

Terrible experience

My fiancé and I booked this room for our wedding this weekend. We had family and friends who all had rented throughout the property so that we all could be together. Our second day there the water heater failed and they told us that the water had to be shut off immediately and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. The property agent told us that they were moving us to a whole other location about a mile down the road. She told us it would not be on the beach like the condo that we had looked at and paid for. We asked who else we could talk to because we had payed for a beach front view and these particular condos because of the wedding and everyone staying there so that we all could be together. She told me that I could call the property manager which we did. We told him the situation and it was our wedding and everyone was on these particular property. he said there wasn’t another condo there. I then asked if there was anyway that we could be partially refunded for the two nights that we weren’t going to be able to stay there because the condo they were trying to put us in wasn’t anything like the one that we had rented. He was extremely rude to me and said no that We signed papers and it wasn’t refundable. One of my friends and fiancé also talked to him again just trying to get a partial refund for the nights we weren’t getting what we had rented and the property they were giving us wasn’t beach front like the one that we rented and wasn’t in the same place. He was extremely rude and unprofessional to my fiancé and friend also. He even suggested that my friend give up her condo to us and she stay somewhere else. I have never dealt such an extremely rude manager in my life. There is a way to deal with situations like these and to talk so rude and disrespectful to people that are paying for a particular thing and that’s not what they getting. No one should have had to deal with the way he acted especially on their wedding weekend. So if you chose to rent this particular condo be warned that if something does go wrong you will be told that it’s your fault and to pretty much deal with it.

Disappointed

Upon arrival, we realized the water was off on the toilet in the main bathroom. The property owner never told us of any problems with the toilet so we turned it back on. The next morning on Sunday, the people that was staying below us knocked on our condo door to let us know that we had a leak and it was leaking in there room from the toilet. We immediately turned the water back off. Shortly, after that, maintenance from the resort showed up to our room to notify us of the leak. They asked if the owners had told us. When I told them no, he said that he had spoken to the owners prior to our arrival to let him know and that this has been an issue before. I called the property manager to let them know of the situation. He said he would send someone out to fix it but it wouldn't be until Monday. On Monday, I received a call around 10am to let me know that a plumber would be there between 11-12pm to fix the issue. I asked that someone call me when they was on the way because I didn't just want random people in my room while we wasn't in there. We waited in the room for the plumber to show up. Finally, around 2:30 p.m. the plumber showed up but didn't have the parts with him to fix the issue. He had to leave and go get them. He showed back on to the condo around 3:15 with the parts. He finished at 6:30pm. Our ENTIRE day was wasted from sitting in the room with this issue. The worst part is my family all had to use the bathroom that was in the master bathroom until this issue was fixed. The master bathroom doesn't have a door. There was a white curtain for the door that is being held up by a shower rod. Absolutely, no privacy at all. The property manager didn't seem to care about the inconvenience that it caused. The rest of our week was great until we left. We checked out of the condo the following Saturday. After getting home that night, I realized that I had left 2 pairs of my shoes in the master bedroom. I called the property owner and asked if I could have my friend stop by and pick them up since they was in FL. She told me she would call me back. It took me calling and emailing MULTIPLE times for her to tell me that the shoes wasn't there. I know for a 100% fact that they was. I didn't even wear them all week. I told them that housekeeping must have taken them. I wanted to file a claim but they don't care. They won't call me back or email me. Horrible people to communicate with. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This property was great close to the beach only thing we may have liked differently was maybe a little bit lower condo on a closer ground floor but other then that was great.
