This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has two twin beds which could be converted into a king upon request and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just across the way in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.
Close to the Golf Course and marina and public boat ramp - 2 miles from beaches.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The owner was incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful from start to finish, making the entire process completely seamless. This was probably the best stocked vrbo rental we have used. The location is very convenient to the downtown area. Parking was not a problem here, and the unit was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends to use.

This home is so beautiful, super close to the community pool (which is beautiful and generally quiet) and perfectly located outside of Key West but close enough to everything! Judy was very helpful and very responsive throughout the check in and check out process. I would love to stay again!

It honestly couldn’t have been more perfect! Tons of space for three couples. The layout was perfect and everyone had their own space with king size beds and everyone had their own bathrooms! Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Loved all the thoughtful details and helpful notes throughout that made our stay a breeze. Communication with the host was PERFECT and very timely. Quick uber or taxi ride to downtown Key West and had zero issues with our drivers getting in and out. Would definitely stay again and HIGHLY recommend!!
