This stylish apartment fully fitted kitchen, shower room, living room and king size bedroom.

Located in the desirable area of El Portet, Moraira. Nestled among pine trees and palms, the Apartment enjoys wonderful views across the valley, wonderfully peaceful setting, and a fantastic communal pool set in beautiful mediterranean gardens.
Puerto Viejo is a peaceful cul-de-sac in a small community, with delightful Mediterranean gardens and a fantastic pool.

The apartment is brilliantly equipped, with everything our guests need for a fabulous, relaxed vacation.

This air conditioned property boasts one large double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge dining room, modern bathroom and a lovely sun terrace for contemplating, and watching stunning sunsets over the mountains as well as a patio perfect for al fresco dining. The apartment is also equipped with heaters for the winter period.

Alicante airport is 1 hour drive to the south and Valencia 1 hour 20 mins drive to the north.

Great place to stay very quiet and in walking distance to the beach we booked the place for 31 days and again for a further 21 days in August as we are having work done on our villa .The apartment has everything you need for a stay and has a pool on site most of the time there was only us two in the pool highly recommend the apartment The host was very helpful if we needed her she was there but nothing was needed all In all a happy customer and looking forward to our next stay in a few weeks and not to mention that beech fantastic as i live in Jávea and its only 20 minutes away .

Great stay at the beautiful apartment

A cosy and quiet apartment with a great terrace, very well furnished. We stayed there a week in October and enjoyed it a lot. In summer the terrace might be a little to sunny. Fran is a very friendly and helpful host!!!
