The landlord cheated us, because we rented a two-b...

The landlord cheated us, because we rented a two-bedroom apartment for a week. It looks nice in the pictures, but the bed and room layout in the lower apartment that we booked on booking did not match reality. One bedroom was fine, but the other one is not a bedroom. A tiny 4.4 sq m room with a bunk bed, the WINDOW OF which DOES NOT OPEN TO THE OUTDOOR, BUT TO THE PRIVATE ROOM OF THE HOST. Specifically, we saw his helo shirt and personal belongings right away. He took this away later, but that doesn't change anything, it's UNUSED! This is not a room, it's nothing. The landlord didn't let us use the upper bed, saying it wasn't safe. We wouldn't have used it anyway, because it's an airless hole, but that's completely useless. The host looks nice, but he is not at all, he does not respond to the complaint in a meaningful way. adriatica.hr only claims that everything is perfect here, but it is not.
