Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo at Marrakesh Country Club is close to parks, art, fine dining & spa retreats. The back patio overlooks the lush 7th fairway, where you can sit and have your morning coffee. Walk out the courtyard gate and you are steps from the pool in an interior cul de sac off the main road. While you can see the mountains in the near distance, it is a short walk or golf cart ride to the upscale retailers on El Paseo Ave. Both the master bedroom & the guest room have California King beds and walk-in closets. The master bath includes a separate tub & shower, while the guest bedroom is a three quarter bath. The condo is fully furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms, as we rarely rent it. It was fully renovated in 2016, with new carpet, floor tile, paint, trim, lighting & fixtures. We’ve attempted to maintain much of the original charms of the era where possible, from original cabinetry to vintage tile showers. Even the classic courtyard furniture is newly powder-coated, with a happy teal umbrella. The majority of the furnishings are from an exclusive furniture house in San Francisco, with a few chic modern pieces mixed in.

You will have access to a pool & spa included, and the option of setting up a social membership for a separate fee, paid directly to the Club. This would allow use of the Restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts, bridge and misc other activities. I highly recommend that as the the staff is friendly, accommodating & the dining is excellent! Golfing is not available for renter use.
