Perfect Stay

We had a perfect overnight stay at Mae's Lodge, thank you to Mavis and her partner who were very welcoming and helpful with any information needed. We made a trip to Minis Bay Brasserie for breakfast which was lovely and the views of the sea were great.

Lovely bungalow

Owner was late to inform us of key (Friday evening)But the bungalow was lovely with excellent furnishings and fittings. Railway at end of garden was not a problem, trains on occasion and but could not be heard from inside. Some windows could do with a clean. Two minutes from long sandy beach by car with lots of parking and cafes.Lovely holiday, would go again.

August 2021

Mae’s property is perfectly located for the beach, local shops and restaurants/cafes. Check-in was easy and everything we needed was there along with some nice extras such as biscuits, tea and coffee. We had a great time. Thanks Mae

Mae’s Lodge

Smart bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood. A child friendly garden and a short walk to the beach. Helpful owners. The downside is that the conservatory at the back of the house means no windows in 2 bedrooms. It is advertised as sleeping 8 but this would definitely be a squeeze!

Amazing get away

Loved the modern feel of the bungalow, it was an ideal home for my best friend 60th getaway during this pandemic. The owner correspondence was brilliant & couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Everything we needed was on hand & couldn’t fault anything, Ps the beds were lovely, clean & so comfy
