Great property with superb view

Good location with fantastic view of the bay. No negatives other than Wifi wasn't working and can only use the air con during specified times. Would stay here again.

Very well located holiday appartment that needs some refreshing

Location Needs global refreshing Kitchen cupboards, repaint walls, living room small table broken, tv furniture needs replacement, outdoor chairs need replacement, new drying racks, door lock offer no security anymore (loose bolts)

Very Enjoyable Stay

The apartment was clean and has all equipment needed for a short stay. WiFi is particularly good! The view from the balcony is directly over the bay and a short walk to the various restaurants and supermarkets. We stayed in February and the apartment was warm. Finding the apartment initially was not easy and we didn’t have the code to open the electric access gate. The Villa agents in town were extremely professional, friendly and helpful.

Great location, amazing views

The apartment is well located front-line to the beach and bay, with some good bars and restaurants very close by and a gentle 15 minute stroll to the marina, main promenade and Pine Walk. Featuring both a decent size balcony as well as a private rooftop solarium, the outside space is great for sunbathing and relaxing, whilst internally the apartment is well maintained with a comfy, relaxing living area, well-stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, 2 bedrooms with ample wardrobe/storage space and a bathroom. As well as private parking.

Great apartment in a great location!

I’ll put the negatives first. 1. The air conditioning only comes on from 2-4pm and 8am - 8am. When you check-in, you’ll be overwhelmed with how hot the apartment is, but quickly open all the windows, drop your bags and head straight to the beach. Just keep the windows open during the off times and the apartment goes get cool. I’m pointing this out first as you won’t be told the AC times until after you’ve paid about 10 days before your stay. 2. There is no toaster, soap or dishwashing pellets for the dishwasher. There’s a store about a minute walk that has absolutely everything. We loved our stay here. The views and location can’t be beat. The apartment was great for our family of three. The couch was very comfortable and the beds were decent. I recommend this apartment.

Thank you for your review, Louise! I am so sorry you had problems with the air-conditioning timers. This is a common rule in Spain, actually, and it is clearly written also in the text on the advert, where it also specifies the timing in which the aircon is operated for a total of 14 hours a day. This is widely used as an environmental friendly practice, yet to guarantee comfort to the guests. The apartment is located right on the waterfront, with lovely breezes all day long. Schöne helle Wohnung mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht von Port de Pollenca, modern eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Oberste Etage mit Dachzugang, dort 2 Liegen und ein kleines Tischen; hier sieht man ebenfalls auf das Meer, aber auch in die Berge rings um Pollenca. Über die Straße kann man, wenn man will, gleich in Badesachen an den schönen Sandstrand und ins klare Wasser. Was wünschenswert ist: ein Sonnenschirm auf der Dachterrasse und ein Sonnenschutz auf dem großen freien Balkon (pralle Sonne von Sonnenaufgang bis ca. 14:00). Die Betten sind relativ schmal und in dem Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten zwar neu, aber nicht von bester Qualität (hat mir mein Rücken gesagt), ich glaube, die Matratzen im anderen Schlafzimmer mit schmalen Doppelbett wären besser? Ach so, die (elektrische) Kaffeemaschine war funktionsuntüchtig - für uns nicht so wichtig, aber sollte mal ausgetauscht werden.

Das Appartement hat eine tolle Aussicht mit super Lage. Leider funktioniert das Internet nur im Wohnraum und die Aussenmöbel sind alt und abgenutzt. Es fehlt an Tassen und das Bad ist veraltet.

Great location and size! Perfect for what we wanted. Only suggestions would be that the outdoor spaces need maintenance. The furniture needs an upgrade on the balcony and not tied to the railings, as wasn’t moveable. The roof terrace could be lovely, if some investment, as we spent time there soaking up the sun, which hits all day. Overall, I would recommend.

Lovely apartment right on the beachfront

Lovely apartment right on the beachfront. Photos are slightly misleading as there are no sun loungers on the terrace but there is a roof terrace with two sun loungers which is a great suntrap. Apartment was perfect for what we needed and it was easy to walk everywhere with some great restaurants around. Hosts were great and left sponges, washing up liquid, shower products and dishwasher tablets which meant we didn't need to buy great quantities. Would definitely visit again!

Un agréable logement avec sa vue dont on ne se lasse pas

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Très bien équipée, spacieux pour 4, vraiment face à la mer. Le roof est également agréable et la place de parking privée un grand plus. Tout était parfait pour un séjour d’une semaine en avril.

Prima locatie en verblijf voor 4 personen. Fijne ochtend zon op het balkon.

Prima appartement alleen het buiten meubilair mag wel een keer vernieuwd worden. Wij kwamen in het donker aan en het appartementencomplex was lastig te vinden. Het huisnummer klopt niet en de naam van het appartementencomplex is ook niet te zien vanaf de straat.

Tolles Appartment aber nicht für den Winter

Die Lage des Appartment ist super. Die Einrichtung ausreichend, aber im Winter nicht ausreichend heizbar. Leider war die Woche auf Mallorca aussergewöhnlich kalt, aber das Appartment hatte nie über 18 °Grad. Das wärmt nicht wenn man durchgefroren von draussen kommt, zumal die Klimaanlage nach verlassen der Wohnung abschaltet, also nicht mehr heizt.
