In Valpolicella, in the center of San Floriano, there is this small apartment furnished with simple and functional furniture.
The apartment is on the second floor of a building located in a very quiet but central area. It has a large living room kitchen with sofa bed and large window overlooking the surrounding hills, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
San Floriano is located a few kilometers from Verona and the main highway toll booths, in a strategic position for a food and wine or cultural holiday.
The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of food, drink or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
