The home is fully equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable summer stay. Everything is included (except for weekly and departure cleaning) for maximum convenience and enjoyment. 3 Bedrooms are ensuite (2 King, 1 Queen) and the other 2 Bedrooms have there own bathrooms in the hall (Bunk Room and Queen Bedroom.) Well equipped cooks kitchen with Viking Range and stainless steel appliances. Breakfast room seats 11 (8 at table, 3 at bar) plus a separate dining room that seats 8. Large family room with 50" LCD TV (plus TV's (3) in all the ensuite Bedrooms.) Outside you'll find a large L-shaped heated pool, gorgeous patio with numerous lounge chairs as well as a large deck with barbecue grill, dining table and chairs and outdoor lounge furniture. There is also a great outdoor shower for post beach (or run) clean up. The home is 1 mile from Main Street Westhampton Beach (restaurants, shops, farmers market, performing arts center) and 2 miles from the village ocean beach (walk on pass for beach access included.)
