Perfect for walks or cycle rides and only 2 miles from the historic City of Canterbury with its medieval streets, restaurants and world famous cathedral. Great for couples, solo adventurers or business travellers.

Kent Cricket and Canterbury Rugby grounds are within 2 miles.

London is only 55 minutes away by train and the sea is only 20 minutes away by car.

'Little Wisteria' is a self-contained, independent, first floor property next door to our home with superb countryside views . It is extremely peaceful and yet a stones throw from Canterbury City centre.

It has recently been renovated to a high standard including the following:

Private entrance door with stairs to a large open plan area featuring a cosy lounge/dining area with sofa, coffee table and 50 inch smart tv.

Extremely comfy superking size bed

Bathroom with overhead ceiling rose shower. Toilet rolls and hand soap are provided.

Fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, pans, cooking utensils, crockery. Cooking facilities include an oven and two ring ceramic hob and a microwave.

There is an allocated undercover parking space that is free for you to use throughout your stay.

Guest access

Guests will have full and private access to the entire property and the private parking space. Private entrance door with lockbox

Why they chose this property

In the centre of the County of Kent and an ideal base to sightsee from. Dover Castle, Whitstable and its' oysters, Leeds Castle, the seaside in Deal and Broadstairs to name just a few. We also have Canterbury Rugby Club and Kent Cricket Club within a five minute drive.

What makes this property unique

In the countryside and it is so peaceful yet only a five minute drive or 25 minute walk to Canterbury.
