Close to the sea this is the only 3-bedroom-apartment with a balcony in
the Oliastur building. You have great sea views from your private
balcony! The first floor apartment is fully furnished and equipped for
nice holidays for up to 6 people. The separated kitchen is fully fitted
including 4-ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine
and everything else you need to feel at home. The airy living room has
a dining table and sofas in front of big windows. The master bedroom
contains a double bed, one other bedroom has two single beds with a sea
front window, the last bedroom has a single bed of including a pull-out
bed all ready for family vacations. The house is equipped with a lift
and a small, but nice pool on the huge communal roof terrace, giving
you one of the best sea views in town! El Cotillo has been a small
fishing village and kept lots of its charm. Supermarkets, shops and
restaurants are all in walking distance, the nearby beaches are large,
and famous for our laid-back lifestyle promises recovery.
