Our stay at the Palms was wonderful! We couldn’t have asked for any better! The condo was clean, very well maintained and everything was just as stated! The view was wonderful and very easy access on/off elevators, pools/hot tubs very clean and access to the beach was very well maintained too! If we’re ever back at Myrtle Beach 1405 will definitely be our go to! Quiet and peaceful! Thanks Bryan for a very pleasant/clean place to stay!

We enjoyed staying in your unit for a weekend trip! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that had the beautiful view of the ocean with the beautiful sound of the melodious waves! Host was very helpful and attentive to our questions when we arrived. We were unsure about parking but his guidance was great! We would return!

Thanks for your review. Other resorts in the area have the same issue with the noise, Not just the Palms. The noise is out of the control of a property management owner or Host due to construction by the city for a drainage system not a pier. I have been in the condo several times since the construction started. It is not a constant noise only on occasion & the construction ceases in the afternoon. Glad to read your stay was a good one

July 4th getaway

Wonderful location with very easy check in and checkout! The only complaint was that the ice cream van came and parked outside frequently playing music loudly for long stretches of time…nothing against The Palms resort!

Great for Couples and Great Location!

This unit is great for couples and centrally located to some great attractions. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk area and a few restaurants as well as a short drive (maybe 5mins) to Broadway on the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay at Brian’s condo again!
