The property consists of a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a Queen size bed, and the last bedroom with two single beds, two large travertine-marble bathrooms with a rain shower and an open concept kitchen living room. The villa has exterior shutter insulation that ensures privacy and provides nice shade during the sunny hours.

Etruscan coast,  the sea is about 10 min. away and you can reach the beaches of Cecina, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, Castiglioncello and San Vincenzo. A line of  the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino - Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. 

Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina del Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores.
