The property key is stored inside a coded lockbox located next to the sign by the front door of the property. The code will be provided prior to your visit, and changed immediately after your departure. You are responsible for not disclosing the code to anyone that you would not wish to visit the apartment upon your stay.



Please note that this is a second floor apartment and also a duplex apartment with internal stairs. The property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility as there is no elevator in the building.

Bed linen is provided as maximum 8 person occupancy as follows:



Master Bedroom - Bed linen and towels for Two persons, bed linen and towels for two children



Second Bedroom - Bed linen and towels for two persons



Additional Bed Linen and Towels for occupancy of the Sofa Bed in lounge, must be arranged prior and an additional charge of £10 per person will apply, (however you are welcome to bring your own linen and towels for here.)



The Apartment is within easy access of Plymouth City, Bantham, Bigbury On Sea, Salcomb, Thurlestone, Brixham, Kingsbridge, Kingswear, Paignton, Torquay, Blackpool Sands, Stoke Flemming, Slapton & Hope Cove
