Villa Can Suau Petit newly built luxury property just a 10 minute drive to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. Located 300meter away from the main Pollensa-Port de Pollensa road.

The villa is in a prime position in one of Puerto Pollensa's most exclusive areas El Vila. With a private swimming pool 10m x 3,5m, sun-terrace. Sleeping 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a downstairs WC. And a double sofa bed on the landing.

This stylish project offers a rustic looking traditional farmhouse from the outside with its natural stone cladding exterior to a modern property on the interior with white walls and natural wooden furnishings.

The villa is disturbed over 2 floors, presenting on the ground floor a large open plan living area consisting of a large fully equipped kitchen with its island working area and brunch bar, and a dining room leading through to the ample lounge area with visitors bathroom.

The first floor your will find the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom also has an open en suite. Also there is a separate living area located off of the two bedrooms with a double sofa bed on the landing that complete the 6 max. occupancy that the property has.

Lead out of the villa through the big wooden dining room patio doors you find a stylish design exterior with also a patio area that is very comfortable for dining and relaxing. Also another separate indoor dinning area where you have a large bbq and table along with the washing area. Following down to the lower level via the patio stairs you have a the pool and a private covered chill out area.

Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but sadly felt a couple of areas really let it down and as a result we were not fully comfortable during our stay, hence the 3 stars. These could be easily resolved and have been fed back to the property company in the hope it will improve stays for future guests. Pros: Beautiful - just as good as the pics! Location - away from the busy centre, but close enough to enjoy it daily. Outdoor Kitchen - not shown clearly in the pics but our fav thing about the villa! WiFi - very strong and reliable service, even outside. Cons: Lack of Information - most info on arrival gives warnings and tells you what not to do, but there is little info on how things work at the property (alarm, bin disposal, BBQ extractor etc.) It did not make for a warm welcome and took us a couple of days to settle in. Indoor Cameras - no explanation so felt unsettled like we were being watched until we asked the manager. Air Con - range is controlled by the property owner, and for us had been left on winter settings so we had 2 very warm nights until it was addressed on the Monday. Safe - broken and out of action during our stay. Maintenance - no warning that the gardeners would be there on Wednesdays. Limited household essentials - no washing up liquid, bin bags etc. which seems rather wasteful if every visitor has to buy these. Building work next door - we stayed in June 2023 and the noise from the work could be heard and did impact the peacefulness.

Stunning little place, perfect for a family vacation. The pool is lovely, the villa is very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely book this place again. The location is also amazing, only a 5 minute drive to the beach and shops - overall highly recommended for a relaxing holiday!

Fantastic and well equipped house. Just like on the photos! Beautiful surroundings and a wonderful salty pool. We traveled with kids and the house had everything we could wish for. Only downside is the traffic noise from the bigger main road near the house. However, we would definitely still wish to come back one day soon.

Beautiful villa
Brilliant location, beautifully modern but also rustic Spanish feel. Loved the pool area and especially the pool house. Everything very high quality, perfect for a small family or two couples. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes und sehr gepflegtes Haus!
Wir waren als Familie eine Woche im Oktober in dem Haus. Wir mochten das Haus sehr: Alles nagelneu, sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet (sh Bilder, sie geben das gut wieder), top ausgestattet und für uns genug Platz. Obwohl die Renovierung 2019 und damit schon ein Jahr her war, wirkt das Haus wie frisch restauriert. Die technische Ausstattung ist top (Pool, gutes WLan, großer Fernseher mit Bose-Surround-Anlage, Außenanlagen nachts getrennt nach Pool, Pflanzen und Gebäuden bleuchtbar - und die Küche ist weit besser ausgestattet als bei uns zu Hause). Besonders mochten wir die vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich sowie die Tatsache, dass wir niemanden drumherum wahrgenommen haben, so dass es insoweit sehr leise war (im hinteren Teil des Hauses wohnt wohl jemand, der auch da war, das war aber kaum bemerkbar). Das Haus liegt unweit der Straße zwischen Pollenca und Port de Pollenca, eines der Bilder im Inserat zeigt das ganz gut; es sind etwa 100m bis zur Straße. Das ist einerseits sehr gut für Ausflüge, zum Einkaufen etc., andererseits hört man die Straße auch. Tagsüber ist sie dauerhaft präsent, nachts ist so wenig Verkehr, dass man sie letztlich nicht wahrnimmt. Inwieweit die Straße damit insgesamt stört, ist sicherlich eine persönliche Sache - unsere Begeisterung über das Haus (sh oben) hat sie anfangs etwas getrübt, weil wir - die Bilder ignorierend - mehr Alleinlage und Ruhe erwartet hatten, am Ende haben wir die Straße nicht mehr groß gehört. Von der Agentur hätten wir uns im Vorfeld etwas mehr Kulanz in Bezug auf Corona-bedingte Optionen gewünscht (Umbuchung etc. sollte nur möglich sein, wenn es Reiseverbote gibt), können aber auch verstehen, dass Vertrag nunmal Vertrag ist und unsere Stornofrist war abgelaufen. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr gut. Die Agentur war über die Messaging-Funktion in HomeAway/FeWo immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Als wir kurz ein technisches Thema mit der Außenbeleuchtung hatten, hat sie sich sofort um Abhilfe gekümmert und innerhalb desselben Vormittags für Abhilfe gesorgt. Insgesamt: Tolles Haus, sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Vier statt fünf Sternen wegen der Straße und der eingeschränkten Kulanz, es sind in Summe dann aber auch "echte" vier Sterne, dh nicht weniger. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
