Belle maison mais excentrée
La maison est grande, beaux volumes, grand séjour, très beau jardin spacieux et sans vis à vis.
Les chambres sont de bonnes tailles avec un coin nuit qu’on peut fermer. Maison de plein pied idéal pour couples avec jeunes enfants. Piscine de bonnes tailles même si peu ensoleillé à cause des arbres qui pourraient être élagués. Cuisine bien équipée.
La maison est excentrée. 25min des plages du lac et 20 min de Biscarrosse plage. 6/8min en voiture du centre ville.
La maison bien que assez propre mériterait un ménage de fond (bcp de poussière sur les rideaux, les tissus des chaises, canapé). Flexible cassé et porte de toilette qui ne ferme pas.
