Plenty of room for six adults and two teenagers. Quiet location, but still close to attractions! We saw a chipmunk, groundhog and several rabbits. Would definitely book this cabin again.
Overall had a great stay! There were a few minor inconveniences such as a leaking kitchen sink and leaking fridge. We also had some trash left in our shower from the previous party/cleaning team but it was nothing that got in the way of our fun! We mostly felt like our stay was clean and the property managers cared about our needs.
The location of the cabin was excellent with easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin itself was lacking. The beds, decks, movie theater room and bunk room were all positives. Now for the negatives, the hot tub wasn't clean and smelled like fish, chemicals are a must. The master bath toliet had a round toliet seat on an oval toliet. Fixtures seem cheap and cheaply installed. There was a hole behind the master door so there was a plant to block the door from hitting the wall. In the kitchen, the pots and pans were lacking as well. The pans available weren't big enough to cook for 14 people. There was no pasta strainer at all. The flatstone grill wouldn't light at all, the fridge leaked all over the floor and the kitchen was tiny. The pictures portrayed the whole place being much bigger.
This cabin is convenient to Pigeon Forge, grocery store, and Dolly Wood. It isn't scenic. That said, well furnished, great showers in the two master bedrooms, and well equipped. Wouldn't be my first pick because it's a house in a neighborhood but if you're looking for a clean place to sleep, this one is a good one!
We actually really loved it! Was little disappointed the game didn’t work nor did the dart board so all are kids could actually do was watch tv. Parent wise we loved it! The showers was my favorite lol! The beds was comfortable the sheets was a little stain & the fridge was sticky that’s why I gave it the 3 star rating but other than that had an amazing stay!

Wonderful sister trip
I met my sister from Washington State at this cabin, we absolutely loved it, it was clean, and exactly what we were looking for, We both agreed that we will try and stay at this same cabin each sister week we have, (every 2 years), the only downfall was that there was no internet at this house, I would have liked to have had that, but we made due without it, I do wish the kitchen had been more prepared for us, there were no pot holders, not enough towels/dishcloths, and the knives needed sharpened, and there needed to be some kind of tables on the back porch, but we still made due and had the time of our life.
We picked this particular cabin because of the Blackstone it portrayed, and unfortunately, it was so rusted and dirty. It was completely unusable! So we had to come up with a different plan for our food. The cabin was not super clean, but it was very nice and we had a great
Very dusty , blood on one of the pillows , bathroom splatter on the back of toilet wall in upstairs bathroom, baseboards look as if they had never been dusted . Walls need repainted upstairs . The downstairs was not as bad as upstairs .

This place was DIRTY
We didn’t receive our code for check in until 4:21, we were supposed to be able to check in at 4:00. When we arrived it was clear that the people before us had a party. Glass all over the driveway, cigarettes, beer cans, and cigar wrappers everywhere, even on the floor inside. The basement smelled like cigarettes. There was raw meat left in the oven. Soap had been filled with water to give the appearance of having soap. Carpets had not been vacuumed, and floors were dirty. The hot tub was not cleaned or hooked up when we arrived. The decks were also covered in balloons, confetti, and some beer cans. There was trash in one of the showers, and sticky liquid on the walls in the stairwell and hallways. We called the management company and they sent the cleaners back. They cleaned the oven and put the raw meat back in it!!!! They didn’t clean up the glass and they were very rude to us when they arrived and treated us like an inconvenience. We would not have asked them to come back if the job was done right the first time. This cabin is beautiful, but the cleaning company they have cleaning it is garbage. I would never stay here again with the state the property was in. We had 7 children with us, ranging from 0-11 and we expected to be staying somewhere clean with the amount of money we spent for our stay…
This rental has the good and the bad. The property is nice and has so much potential to be amazing.
The bad:
The cleaning leaves a bit to be desirerd. There were old cobwebs everywhere, both inside and out. The cobwebs inside were mostly behind doors and between tables and walls. The cobwebs outside were mostly in the lower deck. All the cobwebs had been there for a long time.
The bunk beds need to either be rebuilt, reinforced or replaced. They are very wobbly. The queen bunks beds have no railing at the top at all so we could not put kids up there and the adult the ended up sleeping up there was very uncomfortable with how wobbly it was. The metal bunks were also quite wobbly but they worked for kids.
The only issue we really had was with the pull out couch in the theater area. Due to a dishwasher leak the previous week, the couch had been soaked and the person who cleaned up the mess didn't pull out the bed. When my kids went to pull the bed out, a bunch of water spilled out and soaked the floor downstairs.
Someone tried to fix the propane line in the grill but they used flex Sealand it cramped the line so nothing was getting through. The Blackstone was rusted so bad that we had to cook on foil and it never got hot enough so we ended up having to cook our burgers in the oven.
The good:
When I called the management, they were very quick to send someone. A very nice man came to help with the grill situation. He was ended up changing out the bad line (the day after). He also happened to be there when the water came rushing out of the couch so he quickly brought us more towels to replace the ones we had used to soak up the water. He came the next day to replace/clean/dry the couch.
The management team is very friendly and responsive.
Overall we had a nice time and it was in the perfect location for us; very close to the Cal Ripken Experience.
Excellent place for our youth outing! Plenty of room for our group to enjoy themselves without being too crowded! Would definitely recommend using the cabin again for future visits!!
I booked without looking at reviews and got nervous but overall my family loved it.
