Pigeon Forge Cabin Rental - A Beary Good Time, Unit 514, is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath log cabin that is located by Dollywood and Dolly’s Splash Country, and only 3 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Not many cabins have their own mini Putt-Putt. But this one does! The kids will love our five challenging courses. Free Wi-Fi available at the cabin. There is only one step at the entrance to the cabin for easy accessibility.

This beautiful, updated cabin features a gas log fireplace on the main level living room area. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms off of the main level which have flat screen TV’s, DVD players, premium new king beds, and separate full baths. One of the bedrooms has a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, iron, and ironing board. Also, a washer/dryer and charcoal and gas grills are at A Beary Good Time. True to make your vacation as comfortable as possible.

The downstairs bedroom also has premium new mattresses - one full bed and twin bunk beds. Flat screen TV with cable and Blue Ray DVD player are in this room.
Downstairs the media room has a theater system style 65-inch TV with surround sound, cable, and Blue Ray DVD player. Bring your DVDs from home to enjoy a theater night with the family. Also, a pool table and stand up 60-1 game arcade including: Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong. There are plenty of board games and toys too. The game room has a full-size futon for those extra guests. Enjoy the large private hot tub while watching the outdoor TV. Or have a meal on the covered deck, rock in one of the four rockers or in the swing and enjoy the mountains.

In the resort there is a large year-round heated indoor pool available for your convenience with Wi-Fi connection. Also, a covered picnic area and sundeck. A Beary Good Time is conveniently located near all the attractions. Gatlinburg is close by. You can also enjoy all the great shopping and attractions in this centrally located cabin. Hidden Springs resort offers an indoor pool for resort guests, but it is closed during January and February for maintenance.Come and enjoy your Smoky Mountain Getaway in a cabin that has it all. Great for any type of getaway with all the amenities. Outdoor ring camera for security purposes only. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. Sleeps 10 people. No Pets Please. No Smoking Please.

The location of this cabin was exactly what we wanted, close to Dollywood just like we wanted. It is a nice cabin and suited our needs, it has just the normal wear and tear.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin looks way bigger in pictures than it really is, but it is still a very nice cabin. Had all the cooking necessities, even a Keurig. Each bathroom has a hair dryer which was super nice. Hot tub and balcony was a cozy hangout spot. The resort pool was really nice too.

Great location!

It's a fantastic location directly above Dollywood!! The only issue we had with the cabin was the fact the blankets were not the best quality, and definitely not thick enough for the cold weather, we recommend bringing your own blankets and pillows. Other than that it was adorable and we had a great time!

View was great as was the hot tub in the evenings! Plenty of room for all 9 of us! May suggest replacing cookware and repairing putt-putt on the deck. Short trip to the pool and we all loved it! Thank You for sharing with us!

Tennessee vacation

Great location (close to dollywood and parrot mountain), fully stocked, plenty of room. The deck makes you feel secluded even though you're in a neighborhood/subdivision. The community pool was too chlorinated for us, which is no reflection on the management company or the owners.

Location is great! Nestled in quiet country hills yet super close to Dollywood and convenient access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Nice amenities within cabin like pool table, retro arcade, hot tub, porch swing, putt putt, spa bath, and 3 bathrooms! Cabin could use a deep cleaning, upgrade of rugs and master bedding, and windows washed. Indoor pool amenity was supposedly closed for maintenance which was not disclosed and was one of the reasons we chose this one over others. The kids were disappointed at first but we distracted them with other activities.

Overall a nice property

The cabin really needs new mattresses. The beds in all the rooms were terrible, and same with the pillows. When we got there both decks were covered In pollen and spiderwebs. It’s in nature, so I understand that. We just would have liked if they swept it off or blew it off before we checked in. Besides those things it was nice. Not too far from the town which was convenient.

The furniture and both king size beds were very uncomfortable. It was hard to relax and get a decent night's sleep. We were prepared for pesty insects but we had actual roaches which made for a very unpleasant end of our stay

So dirty

I was so disappointed with how dirty this property was. We got there and everything looked so nice on the surface. It looked clean and beautiful. But up close you can tell it had not been actually cleaned, and surfaces wiped down or mopped in a while. It just made us question what was cleaned before we got there. My husbands white new socks were brown on the bottom from walking around the house. This place has so much potential but really needs taken care of better. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Could’ve Been Better

The location was great. The cabin was only 10-15 minutes from everything fun to do on the main drag of Pigeon Forge. The cabin was not cleaned very well. There was obvious debris on the carpet in the bedroom down stairs and dirt all on the kitchen faucet. The bathtub drain and sink drain downstairs was clogged. The batteries were dead in most of the remotes, and only one lamp worked in the entire house. All of the satellite tv boxes were unplugged when we arrived. The cabin overall is nice, but there are a lot of little maintenance issues that need to be addressed. I wish it would have been decorated for Christmas.

Close to DollyWood

Overall it was a nice cabin but in need of updates. The pool table side part kept falling off. You could see attempts had been made previously to secure with screws but it would not stay on. My husband was finally able to rig it to stay on. However, we did not get to enjoy it due to the damage by previous guests. Believe the reviews about the beds, need new mattresses. The floors were dirty and Management did offer to come clean again but we were already unpacked. The outside patio was pretty dirty. The living room furniture was not very comfortable not that we were there much. The location is perfect for proximity to attractions. If you come with more than 1 car, good luck parking. Lucky for us we only had 1 large SUV. We have stayed at many places in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so our expectations were pretty high with amenities of the cabin, cleanliness and overall vibe. This will be a great cabin once updates are made. We spent the 1st night with one working light over the stove area. It was far to dark to notice the tiny dimer switch by the front door for the overhead lights. Management was very sweet and explained to me how to work the lights the next day. Despite all these things it was a wonderful stay and we are thankful for the management team that wanted to help us. J

Well worn but good location

Pros: Good location, very close to Dollywood and not far from the main strip. Good for family. Lots for kids to do in house and laid out well. Cons: Lots of little things broken and scuffs all over the walls and floors. The cabin was just worn out. Bare minimums stocked. Only salt and pepper. No sponge or scrubber to do dishes by hand, though they did provide detergent for dishwasher. Every rental house I have stayed in had things left behind in the pantry from previous guests like oil or seasonings. Sheets were extremely rough and the beds were just ok. In general it was a fine place to stay if your priority is going to Dollywood. It is probably the most mediocre rental house I have ever stayed in. Good potential but poor upkeep.
