About this property

Park the Car in the Garage & Walk! Bring the dog too!

Bring the WHOLE family (2 & 4-legged) to enjoy our condo affectionately known as the "Beach Hizzle".

Bright and roomy beachy decor with all hard wood floors.

The whole building has 4 units. Garages & storage rooms on ground level. Two units on the "1st floor" (above garages) and 2 units on the "2nd floor". Ours is the right side of 1st floor with year round resident owners above us on the 3rd floor.

Coral master bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan and attached bath with shower.

Kitchen has island with 2 chairs.

Blue corner room has queen bed and ceiling fan.

Yellow room has Pyramid bunk (single upper & double lower) and a single trundle bed.
Trundle is always out since the mattress is too thick to fit under the bunk!

Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo.

Washer & Dryer in hallway.

Large private balcony. I need to update the picture! We have a high top table with 4 tall comfy swivel chairs plus the larger table shown in the picture.

Attached garage parking for 1 car and driveway parking for 1 car.

4 adult cruiser bikes, 1 adult mountain bike, 1 adult tricycle, beach chairs, beach cart & some random beach toys for your use.

Check in is 3:00 PM Check out is 11 AM. We try to be flexible, but it depends on bookings before & after you. Unfortunately we rarely have any play with the check in or out times during peak summer season.

High school & college students - we're so glad you're GRADUATING! But sorry, we don't EVER rent to senior week groups.

I absolutely love this condo! I have stayed all over town and now I will never stay anywhere else. The host Lisa was super sweet and gave us everything we could have possibly needed for a nice little get away with our family. Our son is 4 and enjoyed all the games TV apps and the condo came equipped with child friendly cups and plates. He loved his bedroom and we enjoyed the balcony. 10/10!

Wonderful property. Plenty of space. Walkable to everything. Loved that it had laundry and a huge balcony to dry bathing suits/towels on. So many beach supplies at the property we could have packed less! Big time bonus we could bring our doggies with us. Lisa is a great communicator. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect place for our family vacation

The condo was spacious, clean & the perfect location. Property manager was prompt to answer & more than gracious with any inquiries. Patio area had seating for everyone, second level so we got a beautiful breeze. All in all, we were more than satisfied with the accommodations. Would definitely choose it again!

Perfect Wildwood Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Wildwood with 4 adults and 2 dogs - location is perfect. Super close to the boardwalk and dog beach and the property has easy access to grass for dogs. Would recommend and would stay again.

So why only 3 stars? We list with a regular local beach rental site (with happy repeat customers) and only this year decided to try filling in open weeks with VRBO. I'm sad that our rating will drop so low on this site with no real feedback as to why.

We had a great off season stay. It’s close to the boardwalk and some food options. The place was roomy for four of us and our dog. It’s a few blocks from the beach dog park. The garage and parking were a nice bonus.

Wonderful stay

This was our 2nd year at Wildwood but our first year with Beach Hizzle. The place was more than we imagined. We also loved having our dog on vacation with us. This house was close to the beach, dog park, and boardwalk. Plus, parking for 2 cars.

The condo was just as pictured, clean, and host was very accommodating! We were able to bring our dog and there was a grassy area in back to walk him out to. TV’s in each room and living room and very well equipped with towels, linens, kitchen appliances and necessities.

Great, roomy, well decorated, well stocked 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Everything from a Keurig type of coffee maker to an ice cone maker. Garage for parking and street parking as well. Would absolutely recommend.

Beach Haven

Pet friendly cool house with garage, lawn at the back of the property, and many extras like beach chairs/ umbrella that you can borrow. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of room to spread out in. Nice deck area. Owner was very quick to answer questions and kindly extended our exit time since she did not have anyone coming in the day we left. Great place to stay if you want direct access to the dog beach. Thanks for a lovely time!

Cat’s 40th Birthday

This property was perfect for our needs. For a few days on the beach with the dogs, we couldn’t have asked for better. The house was properly stocked for our beach, cooking, and entertainment needs. A few things were broken or dirty when we arrived but nothing that spoiled our stay. Keeping this place in mind if we visit Wildwood again.

Thank you for the 5 stars --- but please tell me what was dirty & broken! We aren't there in the summer and rely on our guests to keep us informed. We won't think you're whining --- we want to know! :) My house cleaner has a few crews and always wants feedback too. My last guest said the garbage disposal wasn't working & we called a repairman & it was fixed as soon as they could get there (3 days). And I know the bedroom bifold door is off in the master bedroom. We bought the wrong replacement track & that will wait until the next time we're down. What else?

Why they chose this property

Tom's family and later his church youth group went to Wildwood for summer vacations. I never stepped foot in Wildwood until we bought the Hizzle! We enjoy the classic boardwalk & no tag beach.
When I retire from teaching high school in Pennsylvania, I might give NJ schools a try.

What makes this property unique

We allow pets. =)

Tom & I are cat - people. Skinny, Patrick (in picture) and X all go to the Hizzle. We believe pets are part of the family.

We have 5 adult cruiser bikes & 2 kids razor scooters for your use.
