Only a few minutes’ walk away from London’s most popular landmarks and points of interests (including the River Thames), this apartment is ideal for visitors who wish to be in the heart of the city or be intimate with the surroundings of what London has to offer. Equipped with a shaker style kitchen, this professionally presented apartment offers beautiful wooden oak floors and designer decors throughout.
The apartment also comes with a flat screen TV with Freeview, along with free Wi-Fi access. It is also fully furnished, along with immaculate kitchen that has a gas hob, oven microwave. There is also a fridge/freezer allocated within the apartment as well. The apartment also comes with reasonably sized bedrooms, spacious enough to accommodate two people each, as well as 3 extra guests if required (Please ask owner for more details).
Transportation to and from the apartment are ideal, as the nearest station is Waterloo East, and just a few yards away from the ITV Television studios and a few minutes’ walk away from the London Eye. To avoid missing out, book this place as soon as possible!
Sleeping arrangement as follows: 2 guests each accommodated in the two double bedrooms, 2 guests in the living room on the double sofa bed, or Pull out bed.
Additional guest can be accommodated on an additional pull out bed (as used in top rated hotels) *There will be an additional charge for the 7th guest*. In total 7 guests can be accommodated comfortably in this apartment.

Getting Around: The transportation links are exceptional, with Waterloo Station being situated just a few minutes walking distance (5 minutes) from the apartment. We had a wonderful stay. Farjana was a kind and attentive host, even letting us check in a little early with jet-lagged teens. Fabulous location, just steps from from the banks of the Thames and all of its attractions, as well as numerous Underground and rail stations. We easily navigated across London - and beyond- and were happy to come "home" to cozy beds and a fridge full of snacks.
The apartment is located on the same side of the Thames as the London eye and the Globe theater. It is located between Waterloo bridge and Blackfriar Bridge.
There are several coffee shops located in the area all quite good. Pub on either corner. Easy walking distance to public transportation.
I stayed in this flat for a few days with my wife and three teenage kids. We had a very comfortable stay. Building is equidistant between two Tube stations, next door to a Pret a Manger and easy walking distance from the Thames, London Eye...you name it. Owner was very responsive through and after the booking process and on the day we arrived. Check-in was simple. Ideal location for anyone looking to go sightseeing in London.

Before booking the property the pin on the map showed this apartment as on the north side of the river which is extremely misleading. I have an elderly mother I was traveling with and did not wish to stay on the south of the river
Our family of trip booked this accomodation with Farjana and team for 2022 christmas and New Years.
As first timers to London, we were kept well informed during the entire process for check in and check out.
Apartment was clean and facilities sufficed for the duration of our stay.
The location and view from the apartment was definately worth 5-stars! Walking distance to key attraction such as London Eye, Big Ben, etc. Public transport options were awesome with bus 381 just downstairs and underground stations to select easily - Southwark, Waterloo, Blackfriars station.
The team Manik and Liton were very friendly, they helped us ensuring that our stay was top notch. We would recommend this to future visitors as well!
This was the first staying in the South Bank of London and it was okay. Close to Waterloo Station and Blackfriers tube stop. A pub in close with restaurants close by. The apartment was as advertised. It is a remodeled apartment with a spacious living, dining, kitchen area. Some tea was provided, no coffee. Dish soap was provided, no hand soap or shower soap. The shower head provided a silly little stream of water and needs to be replaced. It would make all the difference in the world. Finally, I hope the management would provide some floor lamps as the overhead lighting was too bright. This isent to be a constructive criticism not a complaint. Overall, this apartment is a good value in London.
I have some positive things to say and some less positive things to say about the apartment.
GOOD-Location, between Waterloo and Blackfriers Bridges. Close to the active waterfront. Lots to do there and close by. Elevator! Great views outside the front and back windows. Good ventilation. Good places to eat nearby. Lively neighborhood but the apartment was pretty quiet. Plenty of towels for the shower. TV and WiFi were good (although the batteries in the TV remote were spent).
NOT SO GOOD-The photos posted must be old because there seems to have been some sort of odd happening in the apartment-the floors are marred, stove handle dented, all the interior doors are weird and didn't really close properly. The clothes washing machine did not work. This was really disappointing-our laundry did get done once at another apartment that was vacant. So we were grateful for that. In the kitchen there were plates, knives, forks and glassware. There was one frying pan and one pot. So not really adequate if you wanted to cook in. NO potholders and NO dishtowels. One roll of paper towels. Beds-the beds were innersprings with many springs being sprung-mattresses need to be replaced. Sign in the bathroom says to keep water off the floor but the shower curtain was woefully inadequate-it was cloth and poorly fitted.
We made the best of our stay-with just a few improvements this would be a spectacular place.

Balcony Flat - 6th Floor
Worn out mattresses, VRBO app listed 2 bathrooms - only had 1, walls were scuffed & dirty, couch was battered & torn, hardwood floors were scuffed and dirty, bathroom had mold on tile grout, shower curtain did not close in the area, poor lighting for shaving or makeup, no hand towels or bath mats. My first time using VRBO & based on condition & experience of property will go back to staying at hotel chains that I know & know what to expect from the brand/experience.

Thank you for your review, we have taken your thoughts and concerns into consideration, and are now in the process of resolving each problem. However, we would like to point out that our top floor apartment, with the balcony, only has one bathroom, as opposed to our apartments on the lower level floors. This is clearly stated within our descriptions.
In regards to the state of our apartment, it is looked after regularly as our onsite manager is there every day to attend to guests needs. It is a new build building, and we have had previous guests who were quite happy with the comfortability and the location of the apartment.
