About this property

This wonderful 3 bedroom house is walking distance to the beach and the shops. Offering lots of living space with a double reception room on the ground floor with an open fireplace. Downstairs is a fabulous kitchen and another sitting room with another fireplace. There are two bathrooms, and 2 good size double bedrooms with a bunk bed room on the same floor. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and there is a sofa bed to provide more accommodation for up to 8 people.

There is a pretty south facing garden.

This is a perfect holiday home for families, couples or groups of friends. It has been lovingly restored by the owners to provide comfortable accommodation.

Step outside and you are seconds from the High Street, with lots of shops and restaurants and also a short walk to the seafront.

Dogs are very welcome to come and stay too!

Comfortable

This little house was fully equipt with all the things needed in your daily routine around the house. Some items were a bit old or not functional, good showers and all in all not bad at all. The furniture was a bit oldish which could dowith an upgrade soon, beds were cumfy and all items were there, bed linen, pillows etc, bed lamps. Kitchen very well equipt also a nice walk out to the garden with seating, but was a bit scruffy to be honest. The only real problem of annoyance was finding parking everyday as we had a lot to carry each day ( pram, toys food drinks and other items), but all in all a great stay with the beach nearby and good agents to call if you,d a problem.. We will return for sure... Ute n Paul from the Fatherland..

Beautiful house

Loved our stay but the house was a little damp and needed a bit of tlc doors sticking missing grout in the bathroom and the window in our room wouldn’t stay open soon fixed we put a chair so it couldn’t close

Home from home

We have stayed at 25 Water Street twice now, and have been really happy both times. It offers a large amount of living space for a 3 bed property, which really suits us. During fine weather, the garden can be used as another space to eat and relax. The location is great too - within very easy reach of the beach and shops.

25 Water Street is a great location for station, shops and sea.

We stayed at Water Street for a short break with my daughter and daughter in law. The property was perfect for us with loads of space to relax but not be on top of each other. The bedrooms were spacious and most importantly the beds were comfortable. The property has a small garden which is lovely and on our trip it was home to baby seagull who entertained us and won our hearts.

Lovely house in superb location

Had a wonderful stay in Deal. The house is perfectly located for shops, restaurants, pubs and beaches. Time to unload the car was perfect and then we were able to park about 5 minutes away and not need the car for the rest of our stay. The house has lots of different areas to relax. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. Communication from Keepers Cottages was great with all the information we needed. We will definitely use them again and can't wait for our next trip to Deal.
