Pretty house "Villa Lokeren" nestled at the bottom of a remarkable listed garden 100m from the authentic beach of Ste Marguerite.
Guests can enjoy beach and sailing clubs and a restaurant with their feet in the sand. Located close to shops you can reach the famous Pornichet market and continue the ride to La Baule by bike. Regions rich by its coastline and various activities and varied.
The house consists of an ideal veranda in the evening to take shelter from the freshness, a living room, open kitchen on a mezzanine bedroom. Finally 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet in the right wing of the house.
