Independent villa on the Monferrato hills

Villa in the Bormida Valley with large outdoor garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty in the Alto Monferrato area. The house is accessed through a large terrace; the interior consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs two spacious bedrooms, bathroom and closet. Outside a large parking lot which is accessed via a private road. The village of reference, Ponti, offers useful services and shops and is only a 5-minute walk away.

From here you can easily reach the cities of Acqui with its spas, Nizza Monferrato with its antiques market, Alba and the Langhe, appreciated for truffles and other places famous for wine and gastronomy. Less than an hour from the Ligurian Riviera.

The town of Ponti also has a small railway station from which you can reach the main cities of Piedmont and Liguria. Characteristic fairs and festivals are held both in Ponti and in the nearby towns that allow you to appreciate the atmosphere of these places.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Haus hat Charakter und die diversen Terrassen und Sitzplätze sind - je nach Sonnenstand - sehr einladend. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und gepflegt, praktisch und durchdacht. Sowohl in der Küche als auch in den 2 Badezimmern ist alles vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Rundum-Aussicht auf Dorf und Landschaft ist grandios. Die Geräuschimissionen von Strasse und Eisenbahn sind diskret, absolute nächtliche Ruhe. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Haus mit ganzem Herzen weiter empfehlen!

Ons verblijf was prima! Zowel het in- als het uitchecken ging soepel en in goed overleg. Andrea is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Het huis is heel erg fijn. Het is ruim, schoon, zeer prettig er te verblijven en echt compleet. Wij hebben helemaal niets gemist tijdens ons verblijf. Wij vonden het ook groter dan we vanaf de fotos verwacht hadden. De twee slaapkamers zijn echt heel ruim!Het uitzicht is mooi en verveelde ons nooit. Ja, je hoort soms een auto voorbij rijden en soms de trein maar ook dat heeft ons niet gestoord.Wij zijn drie weken geweest en hebben het huis als uitgangspunt van onze verkenningstocht in de Piemonte gebruikt, prima lokatie voor een prima prijs!Wij kunnen dit huis van harte aanbevelen!! Wij vonden het een perfecte stek!

Mooi ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien

Een fijne ruime woning met een ruime tuin met fruitbomen, waar regelmatig herten doorheen liepen. Mooie omgeving. Leuk dorpje vlakbij waar de eerste basisvoorzieningen gekocht kunnen worden met een treinstation. Aardige huiseigenaar, die uitgebreid uitleg gaf. Het huis werd schoon opgeleverd. Al met al een fijne vakantie in een prachtig huis in een prachtig land.

Erster Urlaub mit Baby

Dies war unser erster Urlaub mit unserem Baby (7 Monate). Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, wie auch hilfreich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Einziges Manko ist die Bahntrasse die direkt unterhalb des Hauses vorbei führt. Wer jedoch nicht sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, so wie wir, sollte sich an dem Zugverkehr kaum stören (vllt. alle 1,5h bis 2h ein Zug bis ca. 22:00, dann wieder ab ca. 7:00Uhr). Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Metzgerei im Ort Ponti, das Restaurant im Ort gibt es aber leider nicht mehr.

La proprietà è bellissima, immersa nel verde e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il paesaggio è stupendo e ci sono tutti gli strumenti per passare una bellissima vacanza. Andrea è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Großes schönes und sauberes Haus

1. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr gut. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit, unkompliziert, freundlich und hat gute Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub. 2. Haus, sehr sauber geputzt ordentlich und gerade für Italien sehr bequeme Betten. Alles in einem angenehmen sauberen Zustand. Das Haus hat einen sagenhaften Ausblick und die entspannenden Umgebung. Schöner und großer Garten. 3. Umgebung; Ponti ein eher verschlafenes Nest mit einem Café, Apotheke und einem Alimentari, die nähere Umgebung ist ideal zum MTB oder Wandern. Zum Meer (Ligurien) eine gute Stunde. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Consigliatissimo

Se desiderate rilassarvi in un posto immerso nel verde e tranquillo credo non ci sia posto migliore. E percorrendo pochi chilometri si possono raggiungere luoghi altrettanto suggestivi, sia per la vista che per il cibo. Andrea, il proprietario della villetta è stato esemplare nella disponibilità e nelle informazioni sia riguardo la casa che i luoghi che avremmo potuto visitare o delle attività da svolgere. Fantastisk beliggenhed

Velfungerende bolig som ligger op af en bjergside med fantastisk udsigt. God plads også til vores to hunde. Flere terrasser placeret fint omkring huset og udendørs pejs for aftenhygge. Rummelig indendørs, fin wifi og god varmeanlæg. Det var absolut bedre end billeder på VRBO lovede!

Soggiorno da favola

Purtroppo avevamo prenotato 3 notti ma per problemi familiari siamo rimasti un giorno solo. Ci siamo riposati immersi nel verde e nel silenzio, siamo stati consigliati anche dove andare a mangiare e abbiamo trovato anche lì cordialità e professionalità. non vedo l 'ora di tornarci.

Fantastico

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno nella proprietà , la casa è pulita , spaziosa e provvista di ogni comfort , inoltre gode di una panorama da cartolina . Il proprietario è una persona cordiale e disponibile alle esigenze degli affittuari . L ‘ unica pecca è che i giorni sono volati troppo in fretta !!!
