The villa is on a plot of about 550m2 and has a private pool of 7 * 4 m, barbecue, sun loungers, outside dining area, glazed porch with dining table and ceiling fan. Outdoor bathroom with shower. American kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge ... Living room with two comfortable sofas, large TV and air conditioning.
