Charming home in a charming village

We had the most wonderful time in the terracotta home overlooking the mountains. The home was spotless and the host was very helpful. spotless and quick to respond.

A fantastic place to stay with family and dogs

A perfect vacation, calm place (no shooting whatsoever! even on Silvester) with the family. Charming house with the garden. Amazing hiking places around. Shopping accessible even with the public transport. Can't but recommend to anyone and would be happy to come back again.

Summer vacation

We spend two weeks in Maggie and enjoyed the house and the beautiful countryside. The location is close to a small waterfall which is located within the valley. This was great as it was within walking distance, so the kids often went there for a couple of hours. Hiking tours are possible but also quite strenuous. If there, you should visit the Verzasca bridge which is a nice highlight. The house itself was clean, spacious and contained everything that we needed for our stay. If possible, we will definitely return for another vacation.

Andrea war wie immer sehr zuverlĂ€ssig und wir fanden ein sauberes Ferienhaus vor. Der rustikale Charme ist geblieben, teils auch die frĂŒhere Möblierung - aber als Stammgast fallen immer wieder Änderungen auf ĂŒber die man sich freut. Dieses Mal ein neues Bett im hinteren Schlafzimmer - das Rosenkranzzimmer.

Wir sind seit einigen Jahren StammgĂ€ste und fĂŒhlen uns bei Andrea immer wohl. Es ist wie ein zweites Zuhause fĂŒr uns geworden, besonders den Blick auf die gegenĂŒberliegenden BĂ€ume lieben wir sehr und die Natur lĂ€sst die Strasse zwischen all dem GrĂŒn verschwinden :-)NatĂŒrlich ist es anders als zuhause, da wir unsere SpĂŒlmaschine vermissen, lach - aber wir fĂŒhlen uns wohl. Von den anderen GĂ€sten wĂŒrden wir uns wĂŒnschen, das sie das Ferienhaus so behandeln wie ihre eigenen Sachen - dann gĂ€be es keine Flecken an Couch, Tisch und Badewanne und es wĂ€ren Pfannen gesĂ€ubert etc. Etwas mehr Respekt vor den Sachen anderer wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert, denn der nĂ€chste Feriengast freut sich dann noch mehr, die Vermieterin gibt sich immer grosse MĂŒhe das sollte man doch unterstĂŒtzen.

Schönes Haus an toller Lage

Wir verbrachten trotz viel Regen tolle Ferien. Die Möbel sind bereits etwas Ă€lter, passen aber ins Tessin. Die Grundsauberkeit lies an gewiesen Stellen etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Leider waren einige Vorbenutzer auch nicht so sauber, was sich an fettigen Pfannen und Besteck festmachen lies. Die KĂŒche ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Wir haben z.B. RĂŒstmesser selber besorgt.Wenn dies nicht störrt, kann hier tolle Tage verleben.

Das Haus hat grosszĂŒgige RĂ€umlichkeiten und ist gut eingerichtet. Mein Hund hat den eingezĂ€unten Garten genossen.Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig.Ich kann das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Entspannte Ferien in Giumaglio

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Haus sauber, Signora Andrea antwortete sofort auf Fragen, alles klappte sehr gut. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön und perfekt mit Hunden. Vom Haus aus ist es nicht weit an die Maggia, man kann zu Fuss viele SpaziergÀnge unternehmen.

Wie immer- erholsam!

Wie immer war die Kommunikation mit Andrea super- sie bemĂŒht sich stets um Lösungen und man fĂŒhlt sich immer willkommen!!! An alle Miturlauber: Bitte seid so fair und behandelt das Mobiliar respektvoll. Flecken lassen sich oft nicht mehr entfernen- das muss doch nicht sein.

nettes Dorf

Wir haben uns bis auf die LautstĂ€rke der Straße, (diese ist eine kleine Wiese weit entfernt) sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Umgebung ist wie immer im Maggia Tal wunderschön. Die Firma im Untergeschoss hat nicht weiter gestört.

Schöne Lage, Haus schmutzig

Es ist grundsĂ€tzlich ein schönes Haus mit schönem Garten und super Lage. Allerdings ist die KĂŒche in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand. Alles ist sehr alt und schmierig von Fett. Der Dunstabzug wurde, glaub ich, nie geputzt

GemĂŒtlich wie immer

Wie schon oft haben wir den Aufenthalt dort genossen. Es ist rustikal eingerichtet und erinnert daran als Mama oder Oma gleich um die Ecke kam um einen zu begrĂŒssen :-) Es wird jedes Jahr etwas renoviert - da ist Andrea sehr bemĂŒht! Die frĂŒhere KĂŒche ist geblieben aber der KĂŒchenfussboden wurde erneuert und ist sehr schön! Es macht Freude jedes Jahr zu sehen was es Neues gibt :-)

Haus in Giumaglio (Maggiatal)

Das Haus von Andrea ist sehr schön und zentral im Maggiatal gelegen. Das Haus und die KĂŒche hat alles was man braucht. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt.

FrĂŒhlingsferien im faszinierenden Maggiatal

Wir haben bei kĂŒhlem/kaltem Wetter geschĂ€tzt, dass diese grosse Wohnung gut geheizt war. Gute Betten. Sehr geeignet fĂŒr Kinder. KĂŒchenausstattung hat Verbesserungspotential. Bushaltestelle sehr nahe. Sehr gutes Ristorante Cristallina in Coglio wenige Gehminuten.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut und ruhig gelegen. Wer mit den Charme der 70er Jahre zurechtkommt und nicht die höchsten AnsprĂŒche an Sauberkeit und Ordnung hat, kann sich hier sehr wohl fĂŒhlen.

Wir sind ja bereits StammgĂ€ste und wissen das Haus und die familiĂ€re GemĂŒtlichkeit und traditionelle Einrichtung zu schĂ€tzen. Diesmal war es leider etwas lauter als sonst da angrenzend eine Baustelle war. Aber auch das kann mal vorkommen.

GerĂ€umiges Haus was alle hat, das fĂŒr einen einwandfreien Aufenthalt benötigt wird. ÜmzĂ€unte Wiese mit Schattenspendern, sodass sich auch Vierbeiner wohl fĂŒhlen können. FĂŒr das Wetter ist der Vermieter ja nicht zustĂ€ndig, da es ein wenig viel geregnet hat. Wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu buchen.

3. Mal Giumaglio

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in Giumaglio, wie immer alles bestens. Die Maggia in unmittelbarer NĂ€he lĂ€dt zu wunderschönen SpaziergĂ€ngen ein, am Wasserfall in Giumaglio kann man sich abkĂŒhlen und schön schwimmen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon wieder aufs nĂ€chste Mal, ideal mit Hund.
