Curaçao

Property is as great as listed, check in went quickly, owner kept in touch as well as the manager. Definitely recommend this for group stay.

Wonderful Villas in a beautiful location

We had the opportunity to spend 10 days at the villas with our family over Christmas. The units were as described and just a short walk down the path between each of them. The villas had gorgeous patios with comfortable furniture and amazing views. This was our favorite place to spend time as a family! The three bedrooms were comfortable and had AC for hot nights! The kitchen had what we needed and there was a small grill to bbq meat from the shop. It is about a five minute walk to the beach where you will find a bar, delicious restaurants, the most beautiful water and sand you can imagine. The location is also a quick drive to the grocery store and central to get around other parts of the island! Blue bay resort itself was a great place for kids. It has a lovely playground at the beach, an ice cream stand and pizza restaurant which was a big hit! The water was calm clear and not rocky. Our daughter loved snorkeling from the beach.The resort also has a couple of tennis courts and a great golf course which was enjoyed by our family. Bob and his property managers were very helpful and communicative during our stay. Any issues were handled right away! Overall a lovely stay!

Great host and property managers

We just returned from a fabulous week here. My family of 10 had both of Bob's Villas 25 &27 for this time. We were very happy with the cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall experience before and during our stay. The kitchens had everything we needed. We used both of his suggestions for the car rental and the private chefs. While the car rentals (we had 3 cars) were convenient, the payment for the cars and deposit was cash only and the cars were in pretty rough shape. But, Remy picked us up from the airport and also dropped us back off at the airport so the convenience was great. We used the catering company Priva and they did a great job of accommodating the food allergies and preferences of our family. The girls cooked dinner and cleaned up in our villa which was a great thing due to the large # of people we had and it really allowed us to just be together and relax knowing we didn't have to worry about dinner on those nights. Although their pricing ended up being very high for what we actually got, the presentation was wonderful, they were wonderful, and being that they are a new company (we were their first large diner party) we are sure they will only improve in efficiency with experience. Overall the location of the property was absolutely perfect. A quick walk down to the beach, which in my opinion has the best fish/reef life of any of the other resorts we visited. The property is also very safe and very close to the city which has some amazing restaurants! We were there for New Years Eve and I can say.. wow what a fun way to celebrate! Fireworks on the beach and pretty much everywhere all night long. Thank you for being such a great host!

We loved having Sarah and her family, 10 people in total. They treated our place like their own, and most importantly, they are such friendly and enthusiastic people. I hope to have the opportunity to host them again in our Blue Bay Villa’s 25 and 27 in Curaçao and any host would be lucky to have them!
