It is a cozy house with capacity for 8 people that is located in the Granada town of Monachil, in a unique enclave 7 km from Granada and the Alhambra, framed in the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada, 20 km from the station skiing, 50 km from the Alpujarras and 60 km from the Costa Tropical, the airport is 30 minutes from the city there are regular buses that will make your trip to the city center, but if you decide to go with your own vehicle we have a agreement with a parking lot in the city center.
The house is completely independent and therefore very quiet, it has three bedrooms, two double and one with two single beds, two full bathrooms (one of them with wonderful views of the city of Granada, is a unique experience), plus a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge) and all the necessary utensils, has two large rooms with fireplace (in one of them there is a sofa bed for two people and brand new), heating, a small bar -Winery, extra-flat TV and a decoration chosen with taste and charm, the house also has a porch with barbecue as well as furniture to enjoy lunch, dinner or breakfast outdoors.
In the house you can enjoy the tranquility of a garden of 600 m2 with abundant vegetation, furniture and barbecue and cool off during the summer months in the private pool of 60 m2 you can also enjoy a magnificent trampoline of 3.60 meters in diameter, and also has a treadmill where you can exercise.
It has a closed garage for a vehicle and you can park outside without any problem.
As for the activities to be carried out in the area, know that you can practice a multitude of sports such as, trekking visit the CAHORROS, climbing, skiing, canoeing, paragliding, MTB, etc., and of course know all our gastronomy in the amount of bars and restaurants in the area.
