10/10 Excellent

This is heaven

My family has vacationed at this home for 8 years, it is for those wanting lakeside fun, wildlife watching and a chance to just catch up with your life. The home is well taken care of with all of the modern amenities (except cell towers - yea) and the location in the woods on the most beautiful, pristine lake. You can get to Canada to sight see for a day or just wander down route 1 for shopping if you get restless. Though we tend to stay put with a trip to the local general store for ice cream as our daily adventure. Loads of great coves to explore or just hang in the hammock for an afternoon of reading. The area is off the beaten path and worth the long drive (from Boston). The owner of the camp is always making improvements from more water vehicles to a new refrigerator. There are local people that can help with any problems that come up and a wonderful housekeeper. If you want a place of peaceful rejuvination this is the place!!
