★ TERRACE: you will enjoy a splendid sea view from the large 70sqm terrace on the upper floor, equipped with outdoor furniture. It is accessed via a staircase outside the house.

All identity documents of residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Giardini Naxos.
