About this property

"La Casa" for 4 persons

The rural apartments Ca' La Roza, with 3 keys, are located in the southern part of the council of Grado, in the heart of Asturias. In the middle of the mountain area, its extraordinary and exuberant landscapes make this area ideal for rest and direct contact with our most authentic nature.
The last three kilometers the road ascends between a forest of chestnut trees and centennial oaks that form on it a spectacular green tunnel, during the spring, summer and autumn.

It is a question of three apartments in vertical located in a rural house of stone with more than 300 years of antiquity, that has been restored according to the traditional architecture of the zone, leaving the stone walls seen and using wood of chestnut and oak - native trees par excellence-, respectfully retaining all their character, conjugated with the demands and comforts of modern life.

It has been furnished with antique furniture restored by its owner, after many hours of work.

Very nice and quiet stay in mountains of Asturia

We had a very nice and quiet stay in Casa del Rozas. We were lucky because we were the only ones so the nice terras was all for us. Maybe our good feelings about the place would be a little less because due the the wooden floors you could hear one and other quiet well. The house is very carefull restored with good eye for details! We loved the quietness of the land, the smooth cowbells in the backyard and no more then peaceful silence. In a small hour drive there is the beautiful city of Oviedo and backwards 1 hour drive the beautiful National Park of Somiedo where you can make very nice hikes. Also a trip along the coast is very nice to do. We loved our stay! Small remark: we are used to a bed of 180 cm, the major bedroom had one of 135 cm because of the sizes of the room. It was very cosy but also something we weren't accostumed anymore😀.

No es una estancia cómoda para cinco personas, es un apartamento pequeño y no podíamos disfrutar todos los ocupantes del sillón y el sofá. Nada cómodo. La ubicación es horrible, un camino en su mayoría que solo puede transitar un vehículo, si viene otro de cara no hay sitio para pasar los tres. La casa la han divido en tres apartamentos y por lo consiguiente no hay parking suficiente para todos los huéspedes. El agua caliente no salía apenas y cuando salía no era fácil de regular. Hemos estado en muchas ocasiones en Asturias y en varios alojamientos y este es de los peores

Espectacular alojamiento

Nuestra estancia ha sido desde la llegada muy acogedora en todos los sentidos. La casa cumple con todo lo descrito , nada de engaños como lamentablemente ocurre con otros alojamientos. La naturaleza y tranquilidad que rodea la casa impresiona , bellos paisajes y lo mejor : la hospitalidad de Pilar y Hector. Siempre atentos , localizables y nos informaron en todo momento ante cualquier duda . Hemos pasado unos días muy felices en la casa . Cabe mencionar que cuenta con todos los servicios para una agradable estancia . Nuestra mascota , un pastor alemán , también disfrutó de ella . Sin duda alguna repetiremos .

Expectativas superadas

Íbamos con la idea de disfutar del entorno y relajarnos para cargar las pilas pero no esperabamos tal calidad y atención. La casa cómoda, preciosa, perfectamente equipada. Tranquilidad para desconectar

El apartamento destaca por estar en una zona tranquila, alejada del pueblo, por lo que si buscas desconectar de todo, este es tu alojamiento. Gracias Pilar por facilitarnos todo. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Una sugerencia, como no es fácil llegar con el GPS, yo quedaría en el pueblo y ya seguirlos a ustedes. Una vez que llegas la primera vez, ya todo es sencillo. Esto lo hicieron en un alojamiento que estuvimos en Guipúzcoa y fue un ahorro de tiempo importante. Solo es una sugerencia.

Un lugar agradable

Hemos pasado unos días magníficos en esta casa. Aunque está retirada de Grado al final te acostumbras a la distancia y disfrutas de la zona. La casa es agradable, limpia, cuidada y en un enclave muy bonito. La atención de Pilar, la dueña, ha sido fantástica: nos ha dejado su casa con todo lo necesario para estar en ella, incluso con regalos de bienvenida. Volvería a elegir este lugar por su situación y por las condiciones de la casa. Aunque sin ruidos del exterior sí resultan molestos los que vienen del piso de arriba, sobre todo si está ocupado por mucha gente.

Inmejorable estancia

Estuvimos en el finde del Pilar mi marido, yo y nuestras dos mascotas, estuvimos en la Cuadra. Nos ha encantado! a la casa no le falta detalle, tiene absolutamente de todo y resulta súper confortable, tiene calor de hogar. El entorno una pasada, si quieres tranquilidad y relax éste es el sitio ideal, nuestras perritas disfrutaron muchísimo y nosotros también. Pilar y Óscar súper encantadores y atentos, os damos las gracias nuevamente. Una casa de diez en un entorno de diez. Santiago y Elena.

Vacaciones inolvidables-

Quedamos encantados por la casa (restauración muy cuidada en los detalles y equipamiento adecuado), el entorno (un paraje ideal para unas vacaciones en plena naturaleza) y, sobre todo, por el excelente el trato de los propietarios, pendientes de cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos tener y con gran hospitalidad y amabilidad en el trato, que nos ofrecieron su asesoramiento sobre lugares que visitar. Son muchos los motivos por los que no olvidaremos estas vacaciones y muchos también los que harán que visitemos de nuevo la casa y su gente tan pronto como nos sea posible.

Hemos estado en este alojamiento diez días perfectos.

Es una casa situada en un entorno privilegiado, tranquilo, cómodo, limpio, equipado perfectamente, decorado con esmero y buen gusto, trato profesional pero cercano “perfecto”, podría seguir, pero sinceramente creo que es mejor conocerlo en primera persona. Intentaremos repetir, gracias por todo Pilar.

UN LUGAR PARA REPETIR TANTAS VECES COMO SEA POSIBLE

Hemos disfrutado tal y como lo habíamos imaginado, superando las expectativas que teníamos cuando reservamos el alojamiento. Tranquilidad en una aldea apartada del mogollón urbano, con un entorno asturiano a tope (verde, montañas, vacas, caballos, bosques, ríos,...). Hemos podido disfrutar de muchas horas sin salir de la aldea y otros días hemos llegado rápido a playa, ciudad o montaña. La casa muy agradable desde la decoración hasta la comodidad. Sobre la dueña de la casa no podemos decir más que si la mayoría de la gente fuera como ella, todos seríamos mucho más felices. En resumen, que en cuanto podamos, repetiremos en cualquier época del año.

Maravillosa experiencia. Jamás nos habían tratado tan bien.

Somos una pareja de Sevilla con una niña de 2 años y un perro de aguas. Hemos estado allí del 3 al 11 de agosto y hemos disfrutado de unos días fantásticos.. Pilar y Óscar nos han hecho sentir en casa de verdad. Se esfuerzan por hacerte la estancia agradable con su hospitalidad e incontables detalles. Son buena gente de verdad y hemos dejado unos amigos a los que esperamos ver pronto de nuevo. Nos hemos alojado en la Cuadra. Al apartamento no le falta de nada, está limpísimo y tiene un gusto exquisito. Las casas rurales están en un pueblito minúsculo en un lugar encantador donde puedes desconectar del mundo completamente, pero a 11 kms tienes la autovía para moverte fácil por toda Asturias. Gracias Óscar y Pilar por todo. Volveremos! Pd; Colgaré unas fotos en cuanto pueda.
