Amazing Property

It was a wonderful stay at the Terrasol property on top of the beach. The property restaurant was facing the beach, and the site was excellent. The front desk personnel was friendly and called a taxi whenever we requested it.

Great location is an easy walk to the marina. The facility is pretty basic. No hot tub. No restaurant. A bit of a walk to the beach.

The condo was as shown in pictures. However I asked for ocean front view and he was evasive and mislead me to believe I had Ocean View. The resort is and it to 10 minutes to walk to the beach from the actual condominium. He is not very upfront about daily resort charges. He also says there are many, but did not make sure we were well stocked before we came.. Cabo is beautiful. The resort is beautiful. HAnswquestions.

Perfect for what we looked for. We got in early; Thank goodness because we had groceries so thank you for that!! Our 2 year old was able to nap perfectly in the den/bedroom and sleep in the bathroom in her porta crib. Great kitchen, just be aware it won’t have every single thing you may need for cooking there, like any oven supplies for roasting and there was no paper towels. But it worked great for our 3 day stay!

Condo is a great place to sleep but not really a hang out. Kind of dark inside, and back patio faces parking lot and tennis court. Not a big deal cause Terrasol complex has so many beautiful views at their pools and beach. Only a 10 minute walk to the marina and downtown is another 10 minutes. The bed is comfortable.Having the washer dryer instructions mor vlesr would be helpful. Wi fi is good, kitchen stocked well.

Apartment was misrepresented. Not a one bedroom but a converted studio! Not access/ egress compliant. Not Ocean View as stated bur located next to maintenance area. Noisy!! Owner shut off TV on last day. Only had Netflix and Youtube. Didn't tell us about additional fees. Cheap, cheap, cheap!!! Gives VRBO bad name!!!

Nice remodel

This condo was nicely remodeled with up to date appliances. It is easily accessible to walking to the marina for shopping and restaurants. Resort staff is so helpful and the grounds are beautifully kept. Only 2 issues: 1) the AC unit in the bedroom would not work because it blew a fuse every time it was turned on. Workman on site said it is probably on the same fuse as the one in the living room. Needs to be fixed 2) It does have a balcony but no water view. View is of the parking lot and city..

We had all the amenities that we needed. The condo was very clean and modern. The air conditioning units work remarkably well, the towels were nice and fluffy, and the window shades in the living room area block most light. There is also a water filter system in the kitchen for fresh drinking water. The resort pools are beautiful with plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs. There are also lounge chairs for the beach area and a tennis court available. The food at the restaurant is fresh and reasonably priced. It’s open for breakfast and lunch. At check out, there was a maid that came in to clean so we didn't have to. Benefits of our sweet home with hotel service...AWESOME. Thank you.

Apt Needs Deep Cleaning

Floors filthy dirty with sand. Cabinets dirty and sticky as well as broken. Bed Sheets had blood stains - towels filthy with food stains. Towels and sheets had to be cleaned with detergent we bought. Dead cockroaches found on the floor in the bathroom and other places through the apt. Truly disgusting. Apartment super dark and dreary - needs some lights with bulbs other then “blue” fluorescent light that don’t illuminate . Even in the dark you can feel and see the dirt. No upkeep. Love resort and location. Try to stay at another unit at this complex.

Excellent and beautiful location in Cabo San Lucas

The condo setting is spectacular and centrally located. There are two large and comfortable pools in the property. One of the pools contains a bar and restaurant. Prices are very reasonable. The beach behind the condominiums portray a priceless scenery. Beware, the beach is unswimable due to its rough currents. From the unit, its basically a 10 minute walk to the marina, basically a must. Also, its a ten minute walk to a simple swimmable public beach. Most Uber rides from the unit to locations with the tourist action I would say ranged between 7-15 minutes. The unit contained a full fridge, dishwasher, and stove. A washing machine was located in the bathroom, however there wasn't a dryer. The washed clothing had to be hung dried on the back porch. An AC unit was provided and adequately cooled the kitchen and couch area, however and unfortunately the coolness from the AC did not reach the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom walls obstructed the follow of the ac air. In addition, the bedroom ceiling fan blade speeds did not spin enough to cool the bedroom. I had to borrow a loud annoying fan from the lobby receptionist. My wife and I recommend adding a AC split unit inside the bedroom, if not it will be hot all the time. Also, we were unable to watch television in the bedroom. The property owner did respond to our observation but failed to replace a missing Roku adapter. We recommend this unit, however, an AC unit has to be added to the bedroom.

Todo bien a excepción de un bichito por ahí. Faltan blancos (sábanas extra ) para los futones q son utilizados como camas, tuvimos que utilizar las toallas. Actualicen costos de servicio. No hay comedor, pero usamos la mesita de la terraza, eso era suficiente. Supermercado y comida rápida de fácil llegar a pie, ya q todo es extremadamente caro, mejor cocinado, hay lo necesario. Agua potable y hielo todo el tiempo, eso se agradece. Dos buenas albercas, no es necesario ir a la playa. Volveria de nuevo.

Recommend anyone that is booked longet than 5 days the condo should provide more than 2 trash bags. The washer/dryer should have instructions writting in English. The directions should bebetter than just saying tell them Tereosal resort marina. 2 different places.

Disappointing

A bit of an over promise in the description and pictures. Sliding glass door did not lock on arrival. Very minimal supplies. No ocean view and view is that of parking lots - sitting on patio all you can hear is a loud industrial fan. Many things are dirty and broken. The most disturbing was the cockroaches we discovered at night - one was on my cell phone when I went to grab it. I will say it is a great location - easy walk to the marina and restaurants. The resort fee is an added cost and I'm not sure what it is for. John was very responsive to emails and did have things taken care of, but it was just unfortunate we had so many challenges when all we really needed a relaxing vacation.

One bedroom condo close to the beach and marina

Great communication with the owner, easy checking, friendly staff, condo was clean and well equipped. Close to resturants, shopping and the marina. The condo complex is on the beach and even though our condo did not have a ocean view it was a short walk through the complex to the pool and the beach. We will stay here again on our next trip to Cabo.
