Sumptuous villa in a flowered and wooded garden of 3000 m2. Relax according to your preferences in the shade of a tree (there are more than 50) or on the sunny terrace. You will be seduced by the original decoration, the pool house equipped with a bar and a summer kitchen, the 100 m2 heated swimming pool with lanes and terraces. The super-equipped kitchen will satisfy gourmets. You will choose your place of meal according to the sunshine: on the terrace, sheltered from the canisses, in the pool house or inside. To furnish your leisure: library, television, HIFI, pétanque, table tennis, snooker and table football are at your disposal. If you enjoy a cold drink, take advantage of the three refrigerators and the ice maker. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a whirlpool and a walk-in shower.
