Casa Palmarosa is a very good option for friends, couples and family looking for contact with nature and in a place near the capital, port and airport, as well as being comfortable to get to know all the wonderful corners of the island. Casa Palmarosa is very well located, 10 minutes walk from the Plaza de la Alameda and in a rural and quiet environment to enjoy beautiful views and sunrises. With us you will enjoy the Canarian hospitality. The house is on the ground floor of the building and consists of 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, a living room and bathroom, as well as having a small front terrace and a large backyard.
The house is located in an emblematic place in the capital: the Cuesta de la Encarnación is one of the streets through which the Bajada de la Virgen de Las Nieves passes (every 5 years) and neighbors turn to decorate their homes and greet to the pilgrims. You will have free access to the entire house. The terrace and backyard are for exclusive use also for guests.
