About this property

Wow!! Beautiful 3 BR Gulf-Front Condo.

The views from our spacious 3 bedroom end unit condo are spectacular! All available upgrades were included in the design of this professionally decorated unit including granite countertops, stainless appliances, porcelain tile, lighting, etc.

Located on the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island, Sea Dunes offers the convenience of being close to the best restaurants, shopping, amusements, theatres, and more without the traffic or crowds. The island allows only 7 story buildings and Sea Dunes has only 24 total units which guarantees that our beach is never crowded. A seasonally heated beachside pool and hot tub are available as well.

Floor to ceiling windows and doors open from both the master bedroom and living room to the balcony overlooking the beach and the bright blue waters of the gulf.
The master bedroom has a king size pillow-top bed, dressers and large flat screen TV (w/ DVD). The master bath has cultured marble sinks (2) with a tub and shower.
The second bedroom has 2 double pillow-top beds, armoire (w/ Flat Screen TV, VCR, & DVD), and its own entrance to a spacious bath with tub and shower.
The third bedroom has a full size lower bunk with a twin on top. There is a flat screen TV/DVD as well.
The living room is bright and airy with large side windows to bring in the morning sun. It is furnished with a large sofa, chair-and-a-half, a 42' HD flat panel LCD TV w/ VCR and DVD and more than 100 movies and games for your enjoyment in the baskets under the coffee table. Wireless high-speed internet service is available in the unit as well.
The dining room table seats 6 to 8 comfortably and the breakfast bar has 3 stools as well. Even the cook has a spectacular view of the beach and crystal blue waters of the gulf.
In addition there is a full laundry room with large washer and dryer and plenty of storage space.

Included with your rental is a beach service that provides the use of 2 chairs and an umbrella throughout your stay (March 1 - October 31). We have additional folding beach chairs and an umbrella in our unit for your use as well.

Smoking and pets are not permitted in the unit.

We had an amazing stay. Lisa and Steve were very accomodating and cummunicated with us every step of the way. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies and towels. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and fun time.

Family Vacation

Condo was great. The location couldn’t be better. Close to stores and we enjoyed just being able to walk right out to the beach. Lisa was great about communicating with us and we look forward to booking this condo again soon.

Family Spring Break

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo right on the beach. Just a short walk down the stairs and you were basically on the boardwalk to the beach. Very comfortable and felt like home. You couldn’t ask for a better view. Close to restaurants and boat rentals. We got to do a lot of walking while we were here which was awesome

Relaxing escape from the Ohio gray dome

Lisa our host was great from the beginning. Beautiful condo with a spacious balcony to enjoy the amazing views. We enjoyed getting away from the frigid cold in the north and enjoyed the cozy condo and the comfortable beds. Will be back!
