About this property
Modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 reception townhouse, between town & beach
Convenient to the Giant’s Causeway, Bushmills Distillery and Game of Thrones sites, this spacious townhouse is just five minutes’ stroll from shops, pubs, restaurants in one direction and the harbour, sandy beach, tennis courts and Ballycastle golf course in the other direction.
Set in a small, gated development with private parking, the property overlooks the town’s playing fields to the front. Please note that work to create a new leisure centre, swimming pool, pump and walking tracks are ongoing - however most of the building works will be the length of a football pitch away from the property.
The property is set over three floors with a large kitchen/dining/living room on the first floor enjoying views over the park towards Fair Head and Scotland. A multi fuel stove provides a focal point, with seating for 6-8 in the living area where there is a TV and DVD player. The dining table, situated in the well-equipped kitchen, seats 6-8 people.
Doors from the kitchen area open onto a very private balcony at the rear of the property with views of the surrounding hills and greenery - ideal for lunches, afternoon tea, sunbathing or evening drinks.
Downstairs on the ground floor, guests will find a sitting room with sofa, TV, DVD player and a small selection of books and games. Also on this floor there is a spacious shower room and a twin bedroom which has direct access onto the large decked area to the rear of the property.
There are two sun-beds stored in the hall on the ground floor along with tennis rackets, picnic rug, windbreaker and body boards. A small bistro table and chairs are located in the sitting room.
Outside, the covered entrance provides convenient storage for logs and a box of children’s beach toys. From here there is also access to the decking at the rear of the property.
On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite shower room. Double doors open onto a small balcony with views over the park to the sea and Scotland in the distance. Also on the second floor is another twin bedroom served by a family bathroom with an over-bath shower.
The property is heated by gas central heating which provides instant heat and a constant supply of hot water.
