Naples Imperial Golf Condo Overlooking Gomez Tennis Academy
Enjoy this centrally located 3 bed 2 bath coach style condo. Charleston Square is a small community located in Imperial Golf Estates. Our condo overlooks the prestigious Gomez Tennis Academy. We're also just a few minutes to Wiggins Pass Beach State Park, Barefoot Beach, and Bonita Beach. Very close to all the best fine dining Naples has to offer, including the nightlife, shopping and restaurants at Mercato. 5th Avenue, 3rd. Avenue (Naples Pier), Tin City and Coconut Point: all just a short drive.
At this time, we are intending to rent for two consecutive months for the 2025 season (preferably January and February).
You’ll love my place because of its open and split floor plan, cathedral ceilings, and Tommy Bahama Style furnishings. We are very close to the pool and the area has many championship golf courses. Imperial Golf is a private course and we do not have access.
Our unit overlooks the tennis courts where you can watch professionals and children train and practice. We also have a side court yard to relax in the Florida sun. Great place to read!
**Five Min. drive to *Vanderbilt Beach* & Ritz Carlton *5* Star Hotel. Located off 41 between Immokalee Rd. and Wiggins Pass in the gated security guard community of Imperial Golf Estates. This 2nd. Floor, 1670 Sq. Ft. condo has vaulted ceilings, an open concept Great Room, Kitchen with granite counters, tile throughout living areas, carpeted bedrooms, and tennis court views. Full wireless internet and YouTube TV.
Vanderbilt Beach, Ritz Carlton, Mercato Plaza, Capital Steakhouse, Blue Martini, Waterside shops, all a 5-10 min drive away. Downtown Naples is a 15 min drive south. This unit is in a very small private complex with quiet neighbors. Imperial Golf Estates is a Gated, Security Guard private community of primarily detached homes. Free Parking
** A non-refundable check in the amount of $100 will also be payable to Charleston Square Condo Association upon signing of lease
