About this property

Deluxe villa in ideal location close to beach, town and golf course.

"Epiphanie" is an air conditioned villa which comfortably sleeps 6 people. It is tastefully furnished throughout with porcelain tiled floors and natural coloured soft furnishings ensuring a relaxing atmosphere.
Patio doors in the living room and kitchen open onto ample terracing. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The master bedroom situated on the ground floor with doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the private pool, has an ensuite shower room with seperate WC.
The 1st floor comprises a double bedroom overlooking an 18 hole golf course, bath/shower room and a double bed in mezzanine area with built in wardrobe space.
There is approximately 100 m2 of outdoor living space with flowering plants with sunny and shaded areas beside the pool. Seating for 12 people is available outdoors along with various tables, a gas BBQ and 6 sun loungers with cushions.
The garage has a washing machine and tumble drier and fridge.
All linen and cleaning charges are included along with beach towels.
