Just a 15 minute walk to Old DownTown Bend. This 1900 sq ft home has a large fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, 50" TV, wrap-around porch with porch swing, fenced backyard with seating and chiminea, gas BBQ on the porch, 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. One bedroom has a dbl fouton. Central AC.
Pocket park 1/2 block away. Walk through that park, up the hill to an off-leash dog park, city view, and access to various trails. 2-car attached garage off the alley in back.

Dogs sometimes accepted with pre-approval (message me with pet info).

Generally I do not do monthly rent for July and August (exceptions can be made but it is expensive).

NOT CHILDPROOFED. Not suitable for out-of-control destructive children.

No Smoking anywhere on the property. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. $250 cleaning charge for any smoking.
