Located on the hills on the border between Marche and Romagna, 3 km from the exit of the A14 motorway and 12 km from the sea of Pesaro or Cattolica.
In the large garden you will find every kind of comfort:
- 15 m x 8 m swimming pool, equipped with umbrellas, chairs and sun beds, overlooking a beautiful panoramic view

We had a wonderful time staying here. Cristina and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and letting us get on with our holiday. Their house is wonderful, especially the pool and outside covered/dining areas; in summer it was hot of course, but really well set up for the heat. New, good A/C in every room made it easier to sleep as well.Perfect for a group of families, we had 9 teenagers with us who all loved it as well. Plenty to do not too far away (though a car is essential.) But for the kids (and the adults) the big pool was certainly the highlight!The kitchens were well equipped with plenty of big pans, sharp knives, glasses, and fridge space. There are two, so it took a little organisation but we mainly used the larger for prep and cooking and the smaller just for storage/dishwasher/an extra oven when needed.The pizza Giuseppe, Cristina, and their son all made for us on our last night was fantastic — really kind and a lovely touch!

Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Es hat alles was man sich für den Urlaub wünschen kann. Die Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und haben uns gleich von Anfang an wie Familie behandelt. Einen Abend machten sie für uns sogar Hausgemachte Pizzen. Wir freuen uns sie wiederzusehen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub als Familie!

Wir waren schon mehrmals mit der Familie in Ferienhäusern in Italien, aber dieser Aufenthalt war mit Abstand der Beste! Lage: -freistehendes Objekt auf dem Hügel -ruhig, ohne Lärm -trotzdem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Meer in der Nähe -diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (zB Pesaro, San Marino) Austattung: -ausreichend Platz für eine Großfamilie (>20 Personen in unterschiedlichem Alter) -sauber -Küche voll ausgestattet und alles vorhanden -Grillplatz -Außenanlagen großzügig (u.a. großer Pool mit Dusche, Fußballplatz, Tischtennis, Grünfläche) Gastgeber: -Cristina und Guiseppe sind sehr freundlich, nett und hilfbereit -sie hatten viele Tipps für uns Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder :)

Best week ever!

The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice. The fridge was filled when we arrived and they made delicious pizza for us. Definitely recommendable!
