We purchased this home as our vacation getaway from the cold Canadian winters. We love the heat, and all the excitement and amenities that Vegas has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The home is located in a great neighborhood, close to all amenities. Beautiful front yard view of Black Mountain, and back yard of the Las Vegas Strip and valley.

What makes this property unique

Totally private backyard and pool area for your exclusive enjoyment. Security cameras are located outside at the front door, side yard and pool area. for your protection. Very quiet and lightly traveled street, fantastic neighbors. Pool heat can be turned on for an additional $50.00 a day.
