Completely remodeled, with Plenty of parking for dune toys and trailers !
Upper Silver Lake is just across the street with private beach!!!!
-Winter weekenders welcome! snowmobile trails nearby.
-Family oriented kids and pets are welcome.
-UPPER silver lake access across the road with a beach and swim dock.
- Close to dune entrance (3/4 mile) just look down the street to check on the line!
-Walk to Grace Church its right in our back yard!
-private boat launch available for Upper silver lake
association only to enjoy private upper silver lake!
-Lookout decks on all sides of the house.
-Large Back patio
-Fire pit and charcoal grill
-ride your bikes to town and enjoy the local shops.
-relax and enjoy our spacious cottage or hang out at the local beaches, little sable light house 10 minutes away.
-Visit the adorable town of Pentwater with great food and shops.

The property was so close to the Dune entrance and it had so much potential with its large double lot.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with it because it was a mini version of our home
with the loft and open concept. Also would make a great
year round retirement home!
