House by the sea seaside village of Calabernardo in the Val di Noto. Sea view.
Nice apartment on the 1st floor located in the characteristic village of Calabernardo.
Completely independent, it consists of a living area with sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom and bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower.
It has a veranda at the entrance and a large terrace
of 128sqm, with exclusive access, equipped for outdoor dinners and lunches,
which enjoys an excellent sea view and from where you can admire it
a beautiful landscape.
The coast offers ample opportunity to those who love sandy shores and to those who appreciate the cliff with crystal clear waters and wonderful seabed.
It takes 5 minutes to reach the historic center of Noto

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Daniela. Beaucoup d attentions de la part de notre hôte ( gâteaux, vin, et produits de base).
A noter qu il n y a pas de commerce de proximité.
Grande terrasse avec belle vue sur la mer.

Ho avuto il piacere di ospitare Dominique e la sua famiglia. Ospiti molto cordiali e gentili. Hanno rispettato le regole hanno avuto molta cura della casa lasciandola in ordine e pulita. Consigliatissimi.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer
sehr schöne Dachterasse, Küche und Bad funktional, grosszügige Schlafzimmer, davon eins mit moderner Klimaanlage. Schöner kleiner Badeort, ruhig und doch schnell in Noto oder Syracusa. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Il paradiso a due passi dal mare
La gentilezza di Daniela nell’accoglierci in casa e la pulizia dell’appartamento ci hanno subito colpito! La terrazza enorme affacciata sul mare attrezzata con tavoli panche e ombrellone per le ore più calde, ci ha subito spinto a fare un bel barbecue di pesce!Daniela ha pensato minuziosamente ad ogni dettaglio e necessità dell’ospite e questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole!

L'alba sulla baia
Devo dire che Corrado e Daniela sono stati molto premurosi con noi, la casa è perfetta per le vacanze, pulita e corredata di ciò che serve, si trova realmente a pochi passi dal mare, hanno un terrazzo che guarda la baia e l'alba, perfetto per mangiare e godersi il panorama
