The Ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, flat screen TV; spacious lounge with open fire place, large flat screen TV; dining area with table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary utensils; bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer.
Stairs lead up to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, with ensuit bathrooms and spacious balcony with panoramic views.

Friendly and inviting, this delightfully unspoilt village on the southeast coast is one of the oldest on Zakynthos and built on the lower slopes of Megalo Vouno. Lithakia slopes gently down the hillside to a pretty bay, where glittering sands snake lazily around the coastline. Dotted with colourful shops and a handful of bars and restaurants, it's the perfect place to relax or take a coastal stroll.

This delightfully unspoilt village is Zante's hidden gem. Encircled by beautiful olive groves, Lithakia is ablaze with greens and blues and offers visitors a tranquil holiday where you can really unwind on the sandy beach of Agios Sostis, which is part of the Gulf of Laganas. The resort has a friendly, relaxed ambience that entices people back year after year.
