Large lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and gas BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the owners’ garden, 25 yards away.. Situated close to Rufford Abbey with a private entrance to the abbey grounds, this superb, semi-detached barn conversion is set privately in the grounds of the owner’s home. Enjoying a superb location with Clumber Park, Sherwood Pines, Newark, Lincoln and Nottingham all a short drive. Whether as a touring base, for business or somewhere to sit back and relax, this lovely property is ideal for all. Superbly appointed with lots of space and a lovely wood burner to sit back and relax in front of on a winters evening. There are terraces to the front and rear, meaning you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun. The area is popular for cyclists and walkers, with good routes straight from the door and a pub for food and drink ½ mile away for refreshments after a day exploring. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.



Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards.

Superb accommodation, everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break.

Superb accommodation, everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. All the rooms are large and very nicely furnished, quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Plus an amazing log burner! Easy access to Rufford Abbey and the Rose Cottage pub/restaurant is close by for meals. Best accommodation we have ever stayed in!

A lovely property in a beautiful location. The Courtyard is tastefully decorated and has all you need for a comfortable break. The owners, Ruth and Dean , were helpful but not intrusive and we were very pleased with the welcome pack provided. We hope to make another visit.

We loved everything about this cottage! The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped, the owners really had thought of everything. Even though it is attached to the owners home, it still felt very private. The back garden is lovely, with just the sheep for company. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return again soon.
