Bright apartment with direct views of Lake Maggiore. It is 15 minutes from the provincial capital of Verbania-Intra and 5 minutes from Oggebbio, the border with Switzerland is only 10 km away.
The apartment is of recent eco-sustainable construction consisting of: a living area with a kitchen-living room and the possibility of a third bed and a sleeping area located on the mezzanine mezzanine floor. Also on request it is possible to have a cot for babies.
Downstairs there is a bar-restaurant open from 8am to 10pm with the possibility of serving Italian or American breakfast included in the apartment. The house is equipped with a gas cooker with dishes, pots, cutlery and a Lavazza coffee machine available to guests free of charge. The free lake beach of Villa Elfrida is a five minute walk away. The Hemingway equipped beach with the possibility of water sports and boat and water-bike rental is also a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop that connects to the city centers of Ghiffa, Intra, Pallanza and to the Verbania-Pallanza train station is less than a minute from the structure. Possibility of renting household linen and extra cleaning upon request. Wi-Fi is available for all our guests upon request of the password.
